This is a lovely hotel on the seafront, with very friendly and attentive owners and staff. The rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable and a very good choice of breakfast the cooked breakfast was very good, beautiful views and lovely and quiet we had the best five days break and would definitely recommend and we would love to return if we get a chance.

The hotel is run by a lovely couple who are very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, well appointed, clean and had everything you needed. It is perfectly situated on the sea front with a large council owned car park next door.

The hotel was lovely and Helen, Dave and Richard were really friendly and welcoming from start to end. There is nothing they wouldn't do for you. As soon as i booked I recieved a message with information recommending places to eat, a couple of which I tried and was definitely not disappointed (Pendleton and the pub on the beach). The rooms are cleaned daily and are spotless. They also have dvd players and a dvd library for quiet evenings relaxing after long walks. Breakfasts were really tasty and so filling you don't need to eat again until dinner. Being an adults only hotel is definitely an added bonus. A home from home and would definitely stay again.

Thank you Helen and David for looking after us at the Pink Beach. It was like visiting old friends even though we had never met you. Nothing was too much trouble and Helen provided us with excellent weather. Local knowledge was excellent, so provided us with advice about where to visit. Location is wonderful, sat out the front with drinks, chilling in the sunshine right in front of the stunning sandy beach. Breakfast was lovely, never had to get up, everything was brought to us. It was such a hearty breakfast that I didnt need lunch! Thank you both so much and hope to visit you again very soon.

A warm and friendly welcome. Very good breakfast and we could see the jelousy on the faces of those walking by as we ate breakfast in the garden just across from the beach with sea views.
Room came with fresh milk for tea coffee, complete with a fridge. Perfect!

We had such a delightful time! A visit to the Pink Beach Guest House is like staying with your favorite relatives. Hosts Helen and Michael went out of their way to make us welcome, to accommodate our quirky requests, and to suggest activities. The entire experience was cozy, easy, and friendly.

Pink Beach is a great sea front B&B and we really enjoyed our stay. It started with a warm welcome form Michael, checking us in and showing us around.
The rooms are a good size, not huge, but bigger than many B&Bs I've stayed in. They're very comfortable, with everything you need, including a silent fridge with cold water and fresh milk. There was also a fan, particularly useful for the recent hot weather. All very clean and well maintained.
The bathroom was a good size too, again very clean and well maintained. The hot water pressure is a little low, but Michael did warn us of this and it was still fine for showering - it is an old building, so to be expected.
The view from our room (3) was fantastic, over the front garden (which has tables and chairs for sitting outside), to the lovely Shanklin beach and out to sea.
Breakfast was also very good, really well cooked with tasty local produce, and served in either the large airy dining room, or from the outside terrace if the weather is good.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

I would highly recommend this guest house, especially a room with a sea view. We stayed in room 5, which is the largest room, but its the only room where WiFi doesnt reach. The location is great - its on the waterfront. Right next to the guest house there is a bus stop, a car park and also the stairs that take you to High st. For parking, I recommend purchasing the visitors permit for the amount of days you are staying on Isle of Wight. It covers most (but not all) public car parks, including the one next to the hotel. Just call PayByPhone when you get there and use location 71000. Even though, there is a road in front of the hotel, the windows block almost any noise. Breakfast was excellent - light options as well as cooked breakfast. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a small fridge in the room with water and milk. There was also a kettle for tea/coffee. The room itself was in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable. If I had to think about anything that was less than perfect, it would have been a slightly low pressure in the shower, but it didnt bother us much.

Lovely weekend in Shanklin. Walked from the train station to the Esplanade and the Pink Beach Guest House was easy to spot. Had a sea view room which was a lovely size and really clean. Added a photo of the sunrise from our bedroom window! Great breakfast sat outside looking out to sea in the morning. Friendly and welcoming. Already recommended to friends and family. Overall a really relaxing, comfortable stay and a great location. Thanks.

Everything you could wish for in a B&B. Comfortable , clean room with tea making facilities. Great breakfast. Lovely people and a sea view too. Location brilliant as everything is within walking distance and beach is across the road. Council car park next door. We bought a 3 day ticket which covered us for the whole island during our stay.
