The food at the restaurant was terrible. I should have asked for a discount.

I hadn’t been to Noumea before so I had no idea where we were booking. I imagine this hotel is a very good conference hotel, it has everything you need on site, but not in a typical tourist area for wandering and exploring after dinner. (Read into that what you will). Free parking. Very limited free wifi (only enough to text the kids back home to say we had made it safely).
Reception staff were friendly and professional.
Dinner was lovely and we ate the freshest Prawns I may ever had eaten.
Over all it was perfectly ok, but I was glad I hadn’t booked more than one night.

Convenient to the airport
4.0 / 5.0
The hotel was quiet, modern and clean. It was the closest I could find to Magenta airport. It is in an industrial area so aimed at business travellers rather than holiday makers I think. But we just wanted a good night's sleep before flying out early so it did not matter.

The receptionist was rather unfriendly. She kept asking us to pay for our airport transfer when we arrived even though we had booked and paid for the transfer ourshelves. The hotel's restaurant is overpriced with terrible foods - a cockcroach ran past our table and the waiter didn't bother to do anything about it even though another dining guest pointed it out to him. Another female waitress treated us with such cold attitude as if she couldn't care less. I won't stay here again.

Did not like the very restricted internet connection and their ridiculous system of accessing the internet. This needs to be improved hugely.

Great location for our use

A modern apartment block in an industrial area, extremely well set up with kitchen, laundry in apartment, good curtains and double glazing. Restaurant upstairs with friendly staff and huge meals. Lovely helpful receptionist with good English. Was a bit far away from shops, beaches and other restaurants, need to get taxis to theses places. But is at international airport end of town.

Very good stay, as always.

Ça peut aller. La bouilloire n'était pas tres propre mais on ne l'a pas utilisé. Et quelques taches dans la douche mais passable

Reasonable although the restaurant staff struggled with their English when I ordered off an English menu

Rooms were big. Not much around , and it’s a 10-15 min drive from everywhere.

Disappointing experience. The room was nothing like it was advertised or book as. Not King Bed only Queen size. No bed side table. No soap. One chair for 2 people. Expensive bar & food. Isolated but a bakery nearby. Shopping centre next door all closed. Limited life evident. Not a weekend venue or one without a car. Need to log into internet constantly.user not recoginised.

Very nice hotel, but you really need a car to stay here comfortably.

A bit out of the way from downtown Noumea. A great bakery about 800m away and a couple of resturants/cafe in the shopping centre next door.Staff were excellent.

Liked the size of the room. Restaurant is very expensive, but so is everything in Noumea. We asked for a wake-up call to ensure we didn't miss flight out, but they forgot. The location is also in the middle of a commercial area out of town with nothing to do around it.

Clean, modern (more like an aeroport hotel) property located in an industrial area of Noumea. Difficult and expensive to get in the city centre. Very limited English language communication all around the place

My overall opinion of this hotel is good. The reception personnel is very friendly and dedicated however,I reported to the reception that, in that apartment, the shower cubicle had some nasal mucus on the tiled wall and it was not cleaned at all; I did it myself on the third day I was there.Furthermore, on my last day, when I attended to the restaurant to have breakfast, the croissants and chocolate croissants were obviously not from the day and had been too reheated ( they were dried out really) and there was no fresh baguette available.I had to go out to have breakfast somewhere else.

The overall stay was good. This hotel is the business / industrial area of town, and not anywhere near the down-town night life area. But perfect for business if you only want a short commute to see customers. hotels.com did not send the confirmation of my booking to the hotel, so they had no record of it. But when I showed them my confirmation e-mail they could not be more helpful.

A quiet hotel in an industrial area that suited us due to its location. Not for everyone.

Great accommodation, was conveniently located for my stay. I can recommend the Restaurant for meals. Room was great, had everything I needed for my 2 week stay including washing machine & dryer. Free wifi that worked well. Will definitely book there again.
