We decorated this condo to be your choice for all your trips to the gulf coast. It was furnished with comfort in mind so you can truly relax. Living room has two large leather sofas which have recliners on each side. Plus 2 comfortable swivel chairs.

Let the chef in you come out in this amazing, updated chef's kitchen., fully stocked even has a slow cooker, air fryer. Make your meals while at the beach or only in minutes after you return. Enjoy the Dining area, as there is a spot for everyone to enjoy meals.

Beautiful area and condo. Had some challenges which caused us to miss out on several hours of vacation, and los of food due to fridge not working which was a bummer. The managers were very responsive and helpful which was greatly appreciated and assume they will have things fixed for next guests. Some of the dishes were not clean, batteries dead in remotes, and lamp not working, making for a dim room, and missing beach towel for registered guest. Location is great with beautiful beach, and close to restaurants within walking distance. Onsite and covered parking a plus. In the end, I would still recommend.

Property was just as described. Ray was so kind and let us in the property a little early which was wonderful with a baby. Rooms were very spacious and bathrooms were plentiful. Kitchen is well stocked (including rice cooker, air fryer, crock pot, both types of coffee makers and large pots for big families.) Getting to the beach and pools were super easy and the rental chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Thank you for such wonderful memories. The sunsets off that balcony were worth every penny!

This unit was very nice and plenty big enough. The condo had plenty of things to do as well as a tiki bar at one of the pools. Good location and plenty of restaurants nearby. The whole family enjoyed their stay.

We absolutely loved everything about this rental! The location is wonderful and within walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and even Pier Park. The building is well kept, clean, and family-friendly. The beach is beautiful, and the view from the unit is stunning! The unit was clean, well-stocked, and spacious even for 9 of us (adults and teens). The property manager was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive - to call and be able to actually speak with someone was so nice (and hard to find these days)! I would highly recommend this rental and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

A glorious 6 days were spent at this immaculate rental located right on the beach at Panama City Beach. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Pier Park and several well known eateries. The view from the balcony located on the 24th floor was breathtaking! The rental was spacious and very clean with not one complaint. 5 adults and 5 children had a wonderful start to summer vacation and we will cherish the memories made here. Thank you Ray and Tina for being perfect hosts.

We absolutely loved our time at the Panama City Beach condo! We saved money for years to take this vacation and we are so grateful that we chose the condo that we did. Tina was responsive when we had questions. The unit was well-supplied with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The views are just as the pictures show...breathtaking. I hope that we are blessed enough to be able to visit this vwry same place again in the future. 10/10

The condo was very clean and well-equipped. The resort is very nice with lots of amenities. The washer will only fill approximately 1/4 full, so loads need to be small. The description of the pools is misleading. One pool and splash pad is located across the street beside the parking garage. Very inconvenient. We have vacationed at PCB for many years, and this was the first time we were not able to get into our condo early.

We loved every part of our family vacation this past weekend. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We even brought some of our own stuff like dishwasher tabs, towels, toilet paper, etc thinking we would need extras but there ended up being plenty. I would love to stay here again in the future and will recommend this room to others. Thank you for a lovely stay on our family vacation!

We had a wonderful time. We were able to get in earlier than expected, location was great, condo was awesome, very clean and we were very impressed with how there was a wagon, beach chairs, high chair, and pack n play. It made it very convenient. Absolutely love how each room has their own bathroom/shower. Definitely would love to go back and book this condo again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 10. We had plenty of room. Our views were great as well. We saw dolphins daily, stingrays, and our last day saw a manatee, all from the balcony. The water is beautiful. The resort is busy but all in all a one stop shop for the family. It has Starbucks, a little shop and ice cream all on site.

We enjoyed this Condo, it has been our favorite in PCB. The unit was clean, decorated nicely, fully equipped kitchen, spacious, great locations, great views, beach chairs and umbrella were a huge bonus. My spouse & I stayed in the unit with two other couples during the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Everything went smoothly. When driving in, my GPS didn’t consider the change in time zones. As a result, we arrived an hour earlier than planned. Our host was able to accommodate us. After our long drive, this was very much appreciated. From that point on, only one word is needed to describe our stay… PERFECT…

We took our daughter and a couple of her friends on a Senior Spring Break Trip before college. The location was great, the unit was spacious and Tina/Ray the property managers were amazing. If you are looking for nice beach rental for a week it is a great property to rent.
