We loved this hotel. Stayed for 2 days before our flight home. The staff was so helpful and kind, the rooms were perfect, the location was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
2.5
Great service, clean and very well located. For the price we were very satisfied Pillows and towels could use an update but we really enjoyed our stay

The staff was really helpful. Great location and the rooms were clean and comfortable
4.0
The property was comfortable enough for a night or two. However there is no parking on the property and nearby parking has an additional cost. The tv also didnt work.
2.5
Comfortable accommodation about 3 or 4 blocks from the central square of Antigua. Area felt safe, and they offer free coffee and hot water in the hall. The hall is like a covered courtyard and nice to sit and relax in. Reception is quick to answer questions and help if you need it.

Everyone was very helpful

The place was central, nice and clean, with friendly staff. There was a sign asking people to be quiet between 10 pm and 7 am. That was good because we could hear our neighbors soeakkng clearly
4.0
Nice property for large groups. Safe area with many eating options nearby. Walkable to the center of town.

The customer service is very rude. They are very scammy.

The property is in a great location. Our check-in was late since our room wasn't ready, but other than that everything was ok.

I liked the people were really nice and friendly. What I didn’t like is s that they didn’t have a restaurant
5.0
Great location, great water pressure, great staff and a sister hotel has a lovely pool for just $5 USD. I would recommend.
1.5
Very cute hotel, but the walls are super thin. The hotel has quiet hours, but the neighborhood does not. The parties last through the night.
Also, the amenities listed for the hotel, like breakfast and spa, are NOT AT THE HOTEL, they are across town. It was all rather disappointing.
2.0
The furniture at the room was dirty as well as the carpet.

Location was perfect, the property is beautiful, found parking close and easy and was perfectly close to all the sites in Antigua. We walked everywhere and the view to the volcano was so beautiful.
4.0
The property was convenient. All rooms have multiple beds. We had 3 beds even though we did not need them. The location and a room were clean and quiet. The room had a mini fridge and sink. The bathroom had some minor old mirrors but all was a good choice. No parking on site available. We reserved last minute and everything was great.

The hotel was nice. It was safe and easy to check into. I would say the showers are outdated looking however the temperature was consistent during my shower. The beds were extremely hard and I awoke in the middle of the night with my arm asleep from sleeping on my side on such a hard surface. The property was clean.

This is a very nice good quality hotel, very nice kept and extremely helpful front desk service. Only downside is that room walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms.
2.5
Nice comfy hotel at affordable price. Towels could be better but a one night stay I was pleased this hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Broken a bed and bed burg found

Unfortunately the pictures online make the hotel look updated and colorful. We stayed one night but the towels and sheets were no longer white and frayed, the tv’s were old and did not work properly.
Parking is about two blocks away, you have to pay hourly after 3pm making it difficult to explore the city. Many cars were parked on the street right In front of hotel. It was raining and difficult to get in and out of hotel with luggage.
The hotel next door has a bar/restaurant with good service and great food. (No parking either)

Was for 5 people. When we get there they charged us more per person, per night.

Issue with the toilet.
4.0
Comfortable place to stay, with such hot weather they should invest in an AC unit for the rooms since the fans don’t cool at all. I’m there wise it’s nice and clean and well maintained
4.0
Very bad towels, music in front at 10 oclock in the night, not A/C, not parking lot.
5.0
It was very nice but a bit far from the town center
5.0
Great little hotel, it is Guatemalan style quaint and rustic but clean and as usual Guatemalan service. Parking is a couple blocks away or off street that can be difficult to find, we got lucky. Lots of restaurants, shopping, sightseeing nearby. Parque de central, museums, church ruins all walking distance.

I enjoy staying there the only down side was no parking area you are lucky if you find a parking place out on the same street .

Property is nice. Coffee, Tea, water available all the time. Felt safe. Staff always pleasant and helpful. No windows for ventilation in room. No safe in room
2.0
Very clean and roomy bathroom. Comfortable beds as well. I picked it because of reasonable price with private bathroom and I was not disappointed.
Hotel is only 3 blocks away from the center of Antigua. If you need a room just to spend the night or to rest, this hotel will work out.

First night, they gave me a room that was supposed to be better and bigger. Room was terrible, dirty and poor lighted, shower terrible.
3.0
The staff members we came in to contact with were nice. The property said breakfast available for a fee but when we asked about breakfast we were told there was none. The hotel though was a little bit older and would benefit from some upgrades. The water took a while to drain in the shower.
2.0
Room was clean and staff were friendly. There were 2 double beds and a twin bed in each room, unfortunately, they were very firm. Nice 2 for 1 breakfast a few blocks away.

Excelent location
