Situated just yards from the stunning beach and its promenade, and overlooking Ayr's 'low green', West Sands is a wonderful base for those looking to explore the coastline and all it has to offer.

Head inland and within minutes you will find restaurants, bars and beautiful parks, as well as having a convenience store a short stroll from your front door.

Private parking at the rear of your building is there for your convenience, not that you'll need to use your car if you don't want to!

Modern and sleek, this two bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of Seafield in Ayr is the perfect place for a relaxing break away. Complete with a recently fitted kitchen and bathroom, this property has been finished to a high standard. Or if you are looking to explore further afield, Ayr train station is only a 20 minute walk, connecting you to the surrounding area's with no stress at all!
