Stayed for a week from Arizona. Room was clean, breakfast was good, grill was always ready to go, and the staff was amazing! Kudos to the manager for having the place and staff on point.

Room was very clean. Beds are very high. Have to jump to get in the bed. I was disappointed that I always had to ring a bell for someone to appear at front desk.

Best place in Clarinda, just wished it had an elevator so make sure if you are travel with someone who can’t climb stairs, you ask for first floor. Bed was pretty tall too but they provided a step for my mother. They do have handicap rooms as well but only a couple. My mother typically doesn’t have to have full handicap when traveling.

This is the best of the three hotels in Clarinda. It is next to one of Clarinda's best restaurants, the Ice House. Our room was clean and quiet.

Property is new and clean. Things i didnt like, no housekeeping for extended stay. This seems like something that started with covid and never went away. Also property is next to a hospital. Have ambulance and life flight noise in the evening to deal with. Slow to make coffee in the am.

For a small town hotel I would give this one a strong 8 we did not spend much time except to sleep but the room was clean, I loved the shower, the bed was comfortable. We did not use the amenities so I won't comment. I would stay here again.

Liked almost everything. Didn’t like noisy teenage kids outside loitering till nearly midnight - tough to fall asleep when they’re right outside the room windows . Staff was excellent , super friendly and rooms super clean

The hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast was adequate. However the queen bed mattress was horrible. We felt that the springs were shot and no longer gave any support. It was so bad that at 1 a.m. we switched to the other queen bed in our room and that was slightly better. However it still did not provide a restful nights rest. Please replace your worn out mattress!!

Nice place to stay, bed is comfortable, rooms are clean, hot breakfast items have been added such as eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy. Only complaint, shower head height is good only people less than 5 ft tall.
