We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Cambria.

It was a nice room and hotel.

The bed was terrible and they text me while I was trying to sleep asking everyone to return the luggage carts. ( 3 times). I did not use one. They just blew up everyone’s phones.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The room doesn't have overhead lighting and was a little dark. The bed and couch don't face the tv making it uncomfortable to watch tv. Overall very good experience with staff, convenient location, and clean room.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. When I checked in on October 8th, the young man at the front desk was delightful and made the process smooth and welcoming. The rooms are great! However, my experience the next morning was less positive. I asked for a 20-minute late checkout, but the elderly African American lady at the front desk informed me that they were fully booked and needed to clean the rooms. While I understand that, as someone who works in hospitality, our motto has always been that the customer is always right—or at the very least, we make an effort to show that every request is considered, even if we can’t accommodate it. Unfortunately, her response was rude, abrupt, and very matter-of-fact, which left me feeling dissatisfied. I saw only one maid on the floor surely she could not possibly clean everybody's room in 20 minutes! Despite this encounter, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

Enjoy the stay. Nice to have free coffee, but breakfast would have been even better. That said, nice hotel!

beds were great. It is NOT a good idea to remove the fridge temp knob control on all fridges taking away the guests ability to increase the temp!!! Big mistake! Also shower temp is way too low for a comfortable shower. Walls Not insulated enough-heard all movement from above.

I love this hotel and it hasn’t disappointed me in all my stays here. The staff is also helpful and friendly.

The stay as great, but I was disappointed that the bar/dining was closed the entire time I was there. But, it was advertised as having such and there was a big sign in the lobby advertising this, as well.

I love the location of this property and its proximity to so many businesses. I have stayed here about 4 times and the front desk people are all friendly and helpful.

Our stay was overall very pleasant. The room was spotless, and everything was well-maintained. However, we were given a ground-floor room with a view of the parking lot, and the noise from the neighboring room's TV, which was left on all night, was quite disruptive. On the plus side, while the room wasn't cleaned daily, they did replace the towels and take out the trash regularly, which we appreciated. It's a very good place to stay when visiting Charleston.

My husband and I Stayed here for our 20th anniversary while visiting some friends in the area. Everyone at this hotel were so nice and accommodating. Since it was our anniversary and a suite was available they upgraded us. It was such a pleasant surprise. The suite was amazing. Huge rooms, gorgeous bathroom and floor to ceiling windows. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Mount Pleasant. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Very nice facility

The hotel was wonderful! The service was great! We traveled with our softball team and everybody had a great stay. It has a large area downstairs where all of us were able to meet and hang out and the pool was also nice.

Great stay the front desk was very friendly

Enjoyed our room. Very clean and modern. Bed was super comfortable and pillows too. Loved the walk in shower. Also enjoyed the gym but there were a few machines not working. We even had dinner in the restaurant and food was good and prices were affordable. Happy hour at the bar was very nice.

It was a nice stay. Reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean. Victoria at the front desk was wonderful! She always had a smile and was very helpful!

Our overnight visit was perfect. Room was great and the pool. Front desk (Jared?) Was very welcoming and had a great energy. We would return.

Staff was so, so friendly! Room was clean and was ready for us even though we arrived a few hours early. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, would recommend

Only complaint was our ice maker on 3rd floor was broke or out of ice. Had to use 2nd floor and was hardly any ice left for our small cooler for beach day!

The room was clean, beds were comfy. The staff that I interacted with was nice and welcoming. The amenities were cool, but didn’t get to use them. Overall, excellent!

Goood stay

Stayed here for 5days. Very nice hotel for the price. Our room was spacious and clean. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low but ok. No breakfast available but there’s coffee in the lobby and restaurants around the area.
