overall our stay was pleasant. We fell safe and slept well. The room was clean and modern.

The hotel was very clean and confortable. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Location was not the best as we had to use our car to go everywhere. Had to take the highway to go almost everywhere.

The hotel was located in a central location to my doctor's office. It was clean and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, The bathroom was spacious with an ample supply of towels and washcloths.

The shower 1/2 door needs to be taller or wider. Had a hard time keeping water off the floor. Also, there is no microwave in the room. I understand the reasoning, but being diabetic, I did not have any place to heat food to eat and having to go back to the first floor and then back to my room, food was not warm. If microwaves are not a standard, then maybe we could have a choice to have one put in the room when staying there if only for medical reasons like me or if I was traveling with a child.

Die Lage ist gut- zentral. Das Personal sehr freundlich Zwar hatten wir mit Frühstück gebucht. In den Angaben zum Hotel stand Frühstücksecke vorhanden. Frühstück gibt es nicht. Wir erhielten dann Adressen von nahe gelegenen Restaurants.

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer jeden zweiten Tag gemacht und geputzt werde. Das Zimmer wurde während unseren sechs Tagen Aufenthalt einmal (1x) geputzt und die Betten gemacht. Kaffee und Thékapseln fehlten. Zwar sagte man uns an der Lobby, sie würden es dem Reinigungsdienst melden, wenig glaubhaft. Wir hatten den Eindruck, das war bekannt.

Conveniently located hotel just outside of Charleston. Clean room

Very nice upscale looking hotel just outside of Charleston. Rooms and hotel were clean and well maintained.

Very close to several main roads. Traffic in the area was very heavy. Wish I had done my research and booked a bit further off the beaten path simply for a bit more peace and quite. I also on felt the hotel was a bit pricey.

The location was perfect and close to everything!! The hotel smelled clean and fresh the.minute we entered the lobby and our room was clean (I am VERY picky and a germaphobe) and smelled so fresh. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfy! The one thing I would have loved was room service esp for breakfast but other than that it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the fridge. We are both diabetic and had to refrigerate insulin as well as drinks and it just didn't get cold enough nor had the space we needed.

Incompassionate one staff

Room and cleaning staff were excellent

I had requested an early arrival between 12-1pm. I arrived at about 12noon and the woman at the counter said we have no rooms available. I was sick so I waited in my car until shortly after 3pm when I got a text that my room was ready. No apology. I was very sick. Your desk staff needs to be compassionate and understanding. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The place was nice but the noise was unbearable and frustrating which resulted to lack of sleep.

We liked the hotel, it was clean and having no carpet on the floors in the bedroom was great. Location was great too.

Having a Netflix app like most places would have been great. We had to watch our shows on a laptop instead:-( Our biggest complaint about our stay was the noise. We were on the 2nd floor and every morning and late at night, it seemed like someone was dropping something extremely heavy above us and moving furniture around. You can hear every door slamming and every footstep around. Because of all this, we got no sleep which in turn made our stay not as relaxing and comfortable as we hoped.
