great hotel! Very friendly staff- nice pool
10.0
It was a nice hotel outside of town. You can take a ferry across the river which is nice. Getting to and from the hotel from the train station was challenging.

Online check in made our arrival smoother. Room very spacious. Stunning view of the Rhine. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a glorious view over the Rhein and were able to sit on our balcony and just watch the boats go by. Stunning! Our room was a good size, very clean but dated. It did need a refresh and the sofa and chair had that sticky dirty feel about them. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated recently and was lovely. Beds were comfortable. The lady on reception was wonderful - she was there for our whole 4 night stay and went out of her way to help. She really added to our positive experience at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

There are so beautiful place.
Everything was perfect.

Had trouble finding hotel carpark, should be made clearer you should enter via emser Straße , otherwise could not fault anything
10.0
The outside of the building looks run down. Inside, the building is beautiful, as was our room.

Terrible train that rushes 5 meter from the hotel every 4 or 5 minutes. We couldn’t sleep because of that damn train. You get the feeling it runs through the bedroom.
Breakfast was good, dinner sufficient. For me no 2nd visit!!

Great hotel Amazing view, helpful staff. Only stayed one night as we were passing through
6.0
Very noisy trainline behind hotel all night freight trains running vibrates the walls! Rude reception staff on the morning we checked out! Shame really as the room was amazing and so was the food in the restaurant! Other two factors let the hotel down and i would not return.

What an awesome room with great view of the river. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
2.0
Very old attitude and decor, from the mushroom coloured bathroom suite to the lack of coffee making equipment. No restaurants in the locality either :(
Freight trains running all through the night about 10 metres from your room could only be drowned out by the noisy and ineffective aircon.
The location is also an issue, next time we stay on the koblenz side - the town is fab.
8.0
This is an upscale property but at rates that are very attractive. The staff are very attentive. Loved the view overlooking the Rhine. The only down side is that you must take a bus, train, or taxi to the center of town. That said, the staff can direct you to bus and train stops just a short walk away and these are very frequent. You can request a taxi, but you might wait approx. 10 minutes.

A very well run Hotel with high standards. Our room faced the river and the view was great looking straight over the Rhine to Koblenz. We never ate here but the restaurant looked great and was again overlooking the river.
The room was a modest size and had table and chairs and a wall desk for laptop etc the WiFi functioned well and power was easily accessed at desk top level.
A large comfy bed with separate duvets made for a great night's sleep while the bathroom was clean, modern and well appointed.
Slight draw back is that the location is a 40 minute walk away from the town centre or boat pier, taxis are available but the route is congested at peak hours so take good walking shoes and there are no worries.

Great view, excellent value for money. Great location. Friendly staff. We arrived very late, the Hotel offer a late check in which was idea for our situation.
5.0
Excellent hotel location and room with a fantastic view on the Rhine.
The room was very comfortable. The swimming pool is nor really fitted for those who want to swimm, rather a big refreshing pool.
Improvement suggestion; TV channels in French or English should be normal for this kind of hotels.
10.0
Restaurant seemed expensive. Pool was pleasant, uncrowded, not long.
