This was by far the worst vacation we have ever had thanks to Hyatt.
We had to change rooms 3 x’s and still nothing resolved and we had to stay in a room with a bloody mattress. Front desk offered a 50.00 bar credit for a room that was over priced by 300.00 per front desk. Toilet over flowed and went all in the floor. Paid for city view / 2 room and didn’t get it. Attached photos are the mattress, our wonderful city view that we paid extra for and the yuck all over the walls.

Very nice people, and helpful. Clean & Comfortable beds. Only wish there would have been coffee available in Lobby or even fresh coffee to purchase. Coffee Packets in hotel rooms (at all hotels) are not very good.

The room was clean but the TV did not work due to snow. The evening front desk staff weren't as helpful as the morning staff. The bed was comfortable and the shower was pleasant.

Stayed here to attended the Fluffy show across the street. Room was nice and everyone was friendly. Although i am waiting to see if my credit card is reversed for parking since my husband paid for it with a different card. Overall an excellent stay.

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the whole immersive experience of the activities and decorations around the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and we loved the matching t-shirts.

My wife and I drove over from Cincinnati to see the Pacers vs Boston. Great experience from checkin to dinner at Pier 48, a short walk across the street to the game and great service at the bar after the game. Will definitely do this again.

All was awesome apart from Hotels.com said sleeps 6 but only sleept 4. Floor wasn’t as soft as I would have hoped for.

The hotel was perfect! Literally steps away from Gainbridge fieldhouse. Beds were comfy, staff was nice, and drinks at the bar were strong. This will be my go to hotel when visiting Indy!

Overall, nice hotel. The valet service has a tipping scheme though. Be aware NFL fans. Hotel will tell you one thing and then the valet service will request a mandatory tip on game day even after tipping them upon checkin.

I stayed August 16-19. While my hotel stay was flawless the post check out experience has been horrible and frustrating. Hotel staff told me I was treated less than because I booked through hotels.com. I still stayed with this hotel and expect not to be discriminated against.
My complaint is that a fraudulent $144 charge was mad to my credit card without any explanation or support. I called twice to have this charge removed because I did not park or buy anything at the hotel. It was totally made up. The hotel said twice that the charge would be reversed and never did even though on the phone the hotel staff said the charge was fictitious. I had to call HYATT main customer service to have the charge finally reversed because it was fictitious. I spent over 4 hours on the phone getting my money back. That was extremely frustrating.
The worst part is that No one at Hyatt place even apologized for the inconvenience. I was treated like dirt. This hotel disrespected me and my time.

Stayed here Sunday before the 9/22 Bears Colts game. Saturday night there was a concert in the Fieldhouse and when I returned to the hotel, it was so busy the valet disappeared for at least an hour. I left my keys at the desk and told the valet to confirm receipt so they would not lose my keys. They responded about an hour later so my car was secure. Beyond that the hotel is in a great location with lots of action around it. AND there is a free breakfast included with a highly efficient staff servicing the busy crowd of Bears fans who attended the game. The hotel was clean for the most part. My mirror in the room was streaked from the cleaner the maid used. But beyond that, the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

One of the best options for downtown Indy. Conveniently located, walking distance from LOS and the Convention Center.

Front desk was friendly and quick. I was offered a cold bottle of water which was greatly appreciated. Room was very nice, clean and I loved that the towels were actually soft! Rooftop bar was great too! Will definitely stay there again when visiting.

Cleaning staff knocked on the door at 8am until we woke up and answered. We had a late night and a long day ahead of us so the sleep interruption wasn’t appreciated. Surely there’s a better system to figure out if a guest has checked out.

More explanation on key cards when checking in. Other patrons told us about using the card in elevator

Best place to stay but don’t use the valet because they’re wild AF, got back in the car and the station was changed and all our cash was missing from the car and the seat was set to the highest setting,

Fantastic hotel! Wonderful clean spacious room. Staff was great. Convenient location to downtown venues. Only downside was the long wait for the room, it wasn’t ready until 6pm due to cleaning staff shortage. Will definitely go back though.

Great customer service all the way around. From the valet, to the desk clerk, to the restaurant employees. We were treated so kindly everywhere we visited within the hotel. Such a breath of fresh air in today's world!

This is my 2nd stay at Hyatt House…for a Fever game. I like that is right across the street from Gainbridge Stadium. Yes, the rooms are a bit more costly than other rooms in the area but it is damn worth it!! This hotel has everything you need and if they don’t have it, it is in walking distance. Beds are super comfy and I like the noon check out.

Very nice hotel. Clean and walkable. Lack of high end shopping near by. It would be nice to have a walkable Apple Store, bakery, Oliver Peoples, etc near by as well. Circle Centre lacks A list shopping.

I didn’t like that the coffeemaker’s carafe still had some remnants of water. So I never made coffee.
I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t make it clear that parking will cost $43 extra per night which is far too expensive. They told us only during check in. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked this place.

My only issue was that the music never stopped. I’m not sure where it was coming from, but it played all night long & was still playing when I woke up the next morning.

We felt like it was too cold in the hotel lobby, room, dining area and hallways. It took us a whole day to get our room at a comfortable temperature. The hotel was very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great location.

Ideal location for Fever games! Hotel was perfect - no complaints at all.
8.0 / 10.0
Location could not be beat! The room was just average - could tell it had been rushed when cleaning. Our TV stopped working and you could the sound of rushing water when the floor above us showered or used the toilet. The pool area was unbearably hot - felt like a full on sauna. Had to leave while my kids were swimming because I was dripping sweat. Overall it was a decent stay and the location for attending the basketball game couldn’t be beat!

LOVED: The front desk staff and valets were wonderful! The place was very clean and the breakfast was well prepared.
TOUCH UP: It was unclear that check in is on the 2nd floor. maybe add a sign or arrow. Due to the massive people at the game the outside trash was overloaded onto the sidewalk. I'm sure that is very hard to keep up with. Easy fixes to improve the stay.

I want to stay that my stay at this hotel was good and staff was friendly but the lack information and instructions provided to a foreigner made it difficult for me to park my car which I paid double for. They didn’t tell me what floor the gym was on nor the pool. The hotel was nice and clean but overall the experience could have been better.
