I had to ask the receptionist how busy the hotel was as it was really quiet in my room. There was no noise from outside or inside the best sleep I have had in a hotel for years
5.0
Friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms. Modern. Good water pressure for the shower. If I had to say anything negative about it I would say that the mattresses are ready for changing and better pillows but other than that, for the cost there is no better hotel out there 10/10 Value for money

Nice hotel clean comfortable. In a shopping center have to go the 12th floor to reception but easy. Had a room next to the lift but only noticed once TV turned off and it is noisy and runs all night. I recommend that if you get a room near the lifts ask to be moved. Otherwise the hotel is great staff friendly and would stay again

Good hotel just what required

the first night there was no water, they said they would refund the first night.

Used as a place to stay so could go to both Glasgow and Edinburgh
On first day visit to Edinburgh was good but when we came back, there was no water in the whole of the hotel block so no shower and still no water next morning. Only fixed after 12pm, by which time we gone to Glasgow.
However on leave the following day, was informed by manager tgst I would be refunded for one night stay due to this issue.
Hotel is great to stay as in side a shopping mall and lidl close by plus walking distance to few takeaways if you not like the restaurants in the mall

No water in the room , advised of this at check in , and handed a bottle of water … Still no water supply in morning, unable to have a shower or cup of coffee … not good !

Good property, old but good

I have stayed at the Ramada several times, never an issue, always a good stay. Not this time, booked a double room, upon arrival told no double rooms so twin room. Not great but at least I still had a bed. Room clean but bedside lamp not working, moved the bedside table slightly and discovered it was actually broken, so one very lopsided bedside table. The lack of double room that I had booked I could let go but silly little things have then added to a disappointing stay. Would still return but I hope the little things are checked in all rooms.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, can’t ask for much more for a business stay

As usual we had a great stay, the reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. We had twin beds which were very comfortable, a room which was big, very clean with plenty of lighting and plugs. My son enjoyed playing his games online with his friends. We had breakfast one morning which we enjoyed (plenty of choice). We did not have a car this time, so good to have the bus station attached to the shopping centre with plenty of buses going in to Glasgow. Also good to have the shopping centre downstairs (no need to keep carrying heavy bags of shopping). Also we enjoyed having the cinema inside the shopping centre. Thank you for another great stay.

Apart from the desk lamp not working, and the hairdryer cord being short, all was good. The shower tray was very slippy as indicated by yourselves. Maybe a grab rail or some grippers on the tray would help. It was scary.

Ramada is housed in a former office block. The location is G74 1NX unlike what Google reports! Facilties are clean, well appointed and ample parking. Bed is comfy and floor to ceiling views across East Kilbride in this high rise. The bathroom is clean and all the plumbing worked well. The large shower is a bonus.
The declining EK shopping centre attached to the property is basic. Food choices are OK except on a Sunday evening if you came by train, foot or bus. It is a bit of a treasure hunt trying to find one's way around this massive complex.

I had a 4 night stay with my son to visit family. All the staff were friendly and efficient. We had a 2 bed room that had plenty of space for both of us and good internet for my son to play his games on his i-pad. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We had breakfast 2 days which we enjoyed. It was great having the shopping centre attached to the hotel. The reception team were also happy to store our cases on our final day. We look forward to returning again and thank you to all the staff.

Only disadvantage is that there is no fridge in the room. I am a diabetic and need to store my insulin in the fridge so I found it awkward trying to keep the medication cold. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay.

this propery listed on hotel.com mentioned it has electric car charging; it doesnt and never had it. its false advertising. i have to park the car at an external charging station away from the hotel and walk back through an abandonted multi story car park to get back to the hotel. several homeless people tried to keep me company on my way back and it was rather strange.

The Ramada Hotel was just ok! The room was adequate for our needs. Nice bathroom. The breakfasts were very good. Evening meals were not so good. We ate there 2 times and then decided to find somewhere else to eat. The building was a little delapidated looking but ok on the inside. Staff were ok, friendly enough but didnt go out of their way to engage with you. we did check out a day early but not because the hotel was bad, we just had a change in plans.

It was convenient to the train station and about 40 minute train ride to Glasgow.

Beautiful hotel, smelt absolutely lovely all throughout and very clean, only disappointment was the breakfast it was all cold and bacon was solid and not much option, the lady who books you into breakfast was rude and didnt speak to us when we spoken to her, but the other staff throughout were brilliant, would definitely return

The cleanliness was okay but there were multiple stains on the carpets and found hair clips from previous guests under the bed which led to the question how well it was cleaned. It is in need of a freshen up and the beds are well used with dips and very soft spots.
The car park is unlit and no cameras which felt very unsafe leaving the car overnight but also getting out the car walking to the hotel
The hotel is shared with a business which meant getting in and out was very odd and uneasy feeling. The lights on the entrance lifts don't work and the lifts feel ill maintained which given reception is on the 12 floor and rooms on the 8,9, 10 and 11th this was not comforting
I am grateful we stayed to sleep only for the bare minimum but would look elsewhere next time as the insistent emails prior to the visit and check in ect were very annoying also. It is not hard to check in but they wanted estimate arrival time and other details which were not explained why. Also the parking situation sharing with the shopping centre made it hard as it was token operated so every morning you had to go to reception to validate to go back down to get out. Felt like an odd set up.
This been said the staff were all very lovely and welcoming

For the price it’s probably the best hotel , friendly staff , easy to find , quiet place , room size is very good

Staff friendly, spacious room, hotel restaurant food decent, huge portions. No other options for dinner close by. Parking was a bit tricky for first timer in the area.

The outside of the hotel doesnt look appealing but when on business the rooms are nice and have what i need like a desk .
Parking is free as well and you pay half the price of hotels in Glasgow (at certain times)
Plus parking in glasgow £14 a night

I had a difficult time finding the parking lot every time I tried. It is not easy to find and the GPS directs one to a vacant lot. Otherwise my short stay was good. Staff was accommodating and I had everything I needed.

It’s quite a distance from Glasgow. Taxi cabs there and back were expensive enough I should have just stayed closer to Glasgow itself. There isn’t a near by train service and it’s hard to figure out how exactly to get there. Only 1/4 of my taxi drivers found it easily.

Fab hotel, reallt nice amenities, big room, big shower, fast wifi. But unusual location so my Uber taxi didnt know where to drop me off and I had to walk a long way to get there. Reception is on 12th floor.
Convenient in shopping as mall is on ground floor.
Bus station is nearby but takes an hour to get to Glasgow city centre. Shorter travel option is by train but typically runs every hour only and is about 15-20mins walk away.

The hotel was good for the price. Rooms are modern and clean and so much better than you expect from the outside of the hotel.
2.0
AC not working, room service did not ever arrive, housekeeping did not even clean the dustbin. Terrible experience, far from the city, uber not accessible, no views, cant do much around the hotel
2.0
The room was too small to put up the sofa bed, which was disappointing as it was required. The cut off for food being ordered was 21:30, but we were told the chef refused to take any orders after 21:25 which was really disappointing after a long journey as we were unable to eat and would have stopped elsewhere if we had known we would be refused service within the time it was advertised.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good room size.

Great location nice hotel
8.0
Decent enough hotel, room could have been cleaner as there was bits of dirt not hoovered up and stains on the carpet.
Limited dining, no healthy options on the menu. Breakfast was good though and the dining area has some great views as the hotel is high up within a shopping centre.
I would stay again to give it another go as it was still pretty decent.

Room comfortable, staff friendly, parking good, evening meal was poor.

Hotel doesn't look nice from the outside but the rooms inside are fine
8.0
Staff worked really hard and were badly let down by management. Not enough staff, there young persons worked flat out in difficult circumstances. Slow food service, no support
Customers all noted it, get more staff
6.0
The room was nice and clean, but the hotel is ridiculously hard to figure out how to get into. There is no front to pull up to. You enter into a random parking garage entrance and go up to the third floor. The parking lot, building and entrance are dingy and dont feel like a nice place to stay at all.
