I stayed in the villas and it was amazing! Super clean and well taken care of! Spaces and felt like a home a way from home. However I wasn’t really a fan of the backyard/ patio not having any privacy. However other then that, it was an amazing stay and I will be going back

Wonderful wedding weekend. 5 bedroom/5.5 bath 3-story cottage. Private hot tub & pool. Excellent kitchen. Bring your own everything. There’s not even salt/pepper in the kitchen. They DID provide 3 trash bags, a sample dish soap, a dishwasher pod & a sample laundry soap. VERY comfortable beds, excellent shuttle service ( thanks Joe!). The minuses; restaurants have almost no vegetarian/vegan options. Lots of fried & kid menu foods. I had 2 beers for $17. and the music is very parrot head oriented.

Everything was great, the family really enjoyed the whole stay. The only thing was the Vstay front desk employee was very rude and nasty to deal with. She had her AirPods in the whole time we were talking to her, and was very dismissive and uninterested in helping us. She barely answered any of our questions,I can’t believe she’s working in a hospitality and customer service role. All the other Margaritaville Employees were very helpful and friendly.

Fake website pictures!!! It doesn’t look like that in person. We were only given 1 towel per person and 1 pillow per person. When I called front desk, they told me that each unit is self owned so we couldn’t get any. The pool was so crowded full of screaming kids. No adult pool to rest in quiet. The pool service was awful. We got a cabana to watch tv and a game we wanted to watch and put tv was broken and it was impossible to get anyone to help. The photos on website make it look like there is this nice lagoon, it doesn’t exist. The pool staff was awful and would shift the blame to a different department. Overall disappointing will not ever come back.

Spacious cottage for eight people (four adults and four children). Kitchen well-stocked – especially with margarita glasses! Very clean throughout. Large rooms, each with comfortable beds and spacious en-suite bathrooms. Short walk to main resort, outdoor pool, etc. close to Disney (Animal Kingdom nearest) with free morning and evening shuttles to Disney parks. Would definitely recommend.

Roaches! We experienced roaches in our beautiful cottage, and also in the hotel rooms. Also we reserved a cabana at the pool but couldn’t use it because of a thunderstorm that included high winds and lightning. We were denied a refund because the facilities team thought we had time to enjoy the area that evening- after the thunderstorm ended.

Cottage itself was ok. Blender was broken, fan in master broken, pool has cracks missing tile, can opener rusted and broken. Found a rusty knife outside. Cottage listed with pull out sofa (there was nonpull out). Very skimpy on starter supplies (tp was 2 - 1/2 size rolls). Dining table only fit 6 people.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We rented a villa with a hot tub to relax after disney days, but the hot tub was basically located in the parking lot. Zero privacy at all so we didn't even touch it. There seemed to be a landscaping crew, that was there all hours every day we were there. One of them was very blatantly "gawking" at my teenage girls several times from a golf cart, so that was a little unnerving. The villa itself was great. Clean, comfortable & spacious. Will stay again, without hopes of a hot tub, and also hoping we don't encounter the same discomfort from the neighbor/landscapers.

The property was gorgeous but the customer service was all over the place. Some people were wonderful, others were rude and short with us. We unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the pool during our stay due to an anticipated storm coming, so I can’t speak to whether or not that amenity/facility was great. We booked this place because of the pools, so not being able to use them was a real bummer.

The hotel is clean and villas are very quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not friendly at all and I found that they should have an earlier check in, make you wait until 4pm to give you the room and then give you until 10 am to check out, is definitely a robbery.

Loved the options of various accommodations on this property - hotel room, cottages, and villas. All have use of the Margaritaville Resort amenities. We chose the cottages that was perfect for two adults and three teenage grandchildren. We loved our first three-bedroom cottage, but sadly we needed to be relocated to another cottage. The first had an issue with the air conditioner. However, resort staff acted quickly and professionally and moved us to an available four-bedroom cottage which was very lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was gorgeous BUT no extra toilet paper and the very small rolls in the bathrooms was 1 ply 6 people and no extra toilet paper. No extra towels so you had to use the same towel wash cloth and hand towel our whole stay. No instructions on TV’S or how to find the pool lights. For $600 a night the amenities were very poor. No dish washing soap to wash dishes and no coffee or creamer. The cheapest hotels even have that. This part of the stay was quite disappointing. Had I known I may have decided to stay elsewhere or brought my own amenities

We have vacationed at the Cottages in Orlando 4 years in a row. This will be the last time. I'm not sure if it's under new management but the service and quality of the property have noticeably declined. Let's start with the landscaping, which is clearly unkept. The cottages while decorated nicely, was not at the quality of the past. The floors were so dirty that my feet were black after walking from the upstairs bedroom to the kitchen barefoot. The towels, if you could call them that were tiny, harsh and thin bare, not to mention limited to less than the number of people staying; (5 people, 4 towels). The staff was not trained in customer service as they were very curt. The front office clearly were bothered to receive calls requesting the extra towel as they "don't replenish, so I suppose we had to share the bath towels? The sofa bed had no linens and the ones later provided after a lengthy call to the front desk, were again bare bones, no pillow and again no extra towels. The towels provided for the Jacuzzi were toddler sized and again bare thin. Horrible quality. The pool desk staff are right out rude. I can name one specific employee that needs customer service training, Will is his name. He proceeded to tell me that unless I went to the registration desk or "paid" somebody, my family and I wouldn't be allowed in the pool because the pool card wasn't working even though he verified our stay The microfiber pool towels are embarrassing for a resort such as Margaritaville.
