Overall a very accommodating resort for families.

I like the cleanliness of the room and plenty of space.

I wish they had elevators. Trying to carry luggage up all those stairs was a lot of work.

Nice family around

They charged my Discover Card for the stay that I already paid for in advance. Then issued me a credit on it But that credit was held for 5 days on my account. Meaning we had no money to do anything because we where using that card for are trip. We stayed In are room until Wednesday until it came off. Will never never never go back to any Hilton property. I didn’t even say anything to them because it would not have done any good. You know as I know they would of said it’s out of our hands for there mistake.

very relaxing and centrally located.

Smaller resort, that wasn’t the big commercial high rise towers. Spacious living spaces and comfortable beds. The pool was just the right size and never crowded.

bathrooms in the living spaces need updating, fitness room is limited. the outdoor bar/snack bar could be open more days a week.

Met expectations and would definitely stay again

Staff was very friendly... provided a couple of extra coffee filters....I was glad the "quiet" time was enforced

It would have been nice to have a tea kettle... kettle to boil water...as guests wanted hot tea and coffee

Great room. When I described it to my family, they thought I must have paid a ton, when in fact it was great value! The rooms exceeded my expectations for space, comfort and quality. It was clean, comfortable, and my family had a great stay. I love that the outdoor pool is open late - until 11:00 p.m. Great location - we were so close to Disney that we heard the fireworks from the pool. It was a 10 minute drive to the parks. Overall, we were very happy with it and would stay again. 🙂

The only thing I was sad about was that the hot tub was closed off and I ran out of hot water when I tried to take a bath, so I couldn't fill the tub all the way.

I met a lot of people on the property, drinks are cheap and good and everyone loves hanging at the pool.

The jacuzzi tub inside the room.

No lazy river.

didn’t get a chance to use amenities but the suite was spacious, clean and they thought of everything you might need during stay..

the issue we had is that the hot water was finicky. one night it worked great and the other two just barely warm. we only had 2 of us so no reason for hot water to not work right. only reason I gave it a 9

I'll return! It was so good, I'm considering this place to be the only one I'll stay at when visiting Orlando. VERY CLEAN and the staff is very friendly. 2 Bathrooms and plenty of space to have great accommodation for families with small kids. Towels and bed sheets were clean and we got everything we needed in the kitchen to cook during our stay. Look for no more, this is the place you need to stay.

Nothing bad to say about the place. It was actually very good.

Great location and condo was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a party of 5 and had plenty of room. The room was clean and the location to Disney was great! Only downside was we were on the 3rd floor.

Wish we would have been on the first floor. My wife had a hard time with the stairs after long days at the parks.

this property has lots of facilities. Everything is clean and make you feel comfortable. The kitchen is full equipped.

the water in the jacuzzi had a strong smell of chlorine

Superb

Very good size appartment for 2 couples with large bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Good location. Lovely pool area and spa. Got Uber to Old town for around 8 dollars. Would happily stay again
