Lovely hotel and staff, rooms were spacious and clean and beds vwry comfortable. The hotels grounds are wcenic and perfect for weddings (which we were attending as guests). Only downside is that the rooms 1st floor rooms are difficult to access witha wheelchairbor pram and breakfast service was a bit slow although we did go down at peak times.

It is an excellent venue for weddings and conferences, in a good location. Peaceful, clean.

Room was nice, but only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper when first entering room and have to ask reception. Also the outside gym was very loud 8am in the morning.
Reception staff were very professional and good

Very nice getaway. Beautiful area. Loved the Art Deco.

I would never stay again at this property. I consider this property at the most 3 stars.
There is no Airconditioning in the rooms. I asked the receptionist and reply was we have central air condition total misleading. Ask about the room fridge reply was that we don’t keep fridge due to health and safety reason absolute nonsense. Do they think guests are stupid.
I could not sleep at night because room was hot.
I think I wasted my money by staying at such a hotel and paid twice the money Hilton was charging.
Never again

Amazing, very historical place.

Overpriced hotel, needs a deep clean in many places, especially toilets! Staff in bar were so under staffed. Breakfast was very poor. The staff overall were really helpful and friendly.

the bed and pillows were so comfortable, its the best night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel.
Good service and beautiful place for my sisters wedding.

Absolutely love staying here, the welcome given by everyone is the best we've ever had.
Michelle, Jon, Rebecca, Olivia & Levi ensured we had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again.

The hotel was wonderful. Friendly staff, lovely grand hotel feel, quality interior and building and lovely grounds to walk around. Breakfast was super tasty.

Nice hotel to stay with friends for the weekend. Hotel rooms in Annex building are a bit tiny but with the modern design. Continental breakfast.

Excellent hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Could do with options for pillows as they were much firmer than my pillows at home and woke with a stiff neck.

The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Only thing that let the hotel down was the food. Over priced for what was received.

Second time staying here. Lovely as usual!

Room smelt badly of musty damp. Staff solution was to turn up the heating and open the window? Once you closed the window it smelt again. Gym and restaurant was good. Surroundings are nice.

I was a nice stay, hotel was pretty quite and lack of bar staff reflected this, overall nice place, brilliant breakfast one of the nicest I have ever had at a hotel

The staff, luxury, dining and service were superb. Our stay was slightly let down by the room. Comfortable and quiet with potential to be perfect but bathroom ceiling needs repainting (stained) grout needs cleaning or replacing, furniture needs touching up (chipped and stained) desk lamp bulb needs replacement, tv did not provide guest services as advertised, no information booklet or menus in room, coffee machine leaked.

Great stay over Christmas period. Lovely breakfast and friendly service. Great venue as well with lots of history. Checkin was quick and easy. Easy to walk into town (about 40 mins). Room was quite small and not much space for suitcase, room wasn’t serviced during stay and was only made aware that this would happen on Christmas Day.

Really nice place to stay with friends and family would stay here again. Rooms were nice and clean and the bed was great to sleep in.

Really enjoyed this hotel and their surrounding grounds. Only down side would be the pillows which were too spongey, but this is a common issue with hotel pillows. Everything else was brilliant.

Really nice hotel. Been there before for a wedding years ago. Stayed in the Annex which was very modern however, a bit noisy plus, if staying with a partner, just be aware of the toilet door!!! It’s frosted glass with quite large gap between the door and frame. If your partner enjoys the the sound of you squeezing one out on the toilet, then it’s ideal!
That said, great local walks if you’ve got a four (or even two) legged friend and not too far from Bracknell town centre, golf courses or climbing centre.

Fantastic hotel, I’ve stayed at very nice hotels and this has been one of my favourite in the UK.
Country manor vibe but with modernised rooms makes it a perfect combination. I will certainly be returning for a weekend soon.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming but the room was very cold. We mentioned this and were told the room would warm up. It didnt but by the time we realised it would have been a pain to move. We were only there for one night. Would be reluctant to stay in winter.

This is a wedding/event hotel as a result loud music and fire works. If your stay is not for these reasons I would not book especially Friday and Saturday

Great Room and location, but disappointed that a 4 star hotel did not provide bottled water in the room, coffee cups was not cleaned/replaced during daily cleaning and not impressed by the breakfast buffet and taste/quality of the orange juice
