Die Lage war genial und die Aussicht war super 👍

War sehr enttäuscht von der teilweise desolaten Ausstattung . Die Farbe blätterte von den Wänden und das Mobiliar ist auch in die Jahre gekommen.Zerkratzte Möbel und die Sauberkeit hätte auch besser sein können.Beim Frühstück herrschte Chaos und man musste lange auf sein Heißgetränk warten. Hätte mir für ein fünf Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet.

Clean, but facilities were lacking and service very slow. seemed short staffed

it was clean and i had a good view Hotel accommodating to request for tea bags

Breakfast - bad value. for the cost, it wasnt great. I had to ask for the eggs benedict to be redone as it was overcooked. service was quite slow room - bed comfortable and clean. couldnt airplay and so all i could watch was german tv and i dont understand. The air bose couldnt connect. The room was clean but was starting to look tired in places. the AC was not effective. it could only be reduced to 18 and it was slow. could have gmore teabags, but the hotel was very accommodating in my request Service was very slow in the bar

Zimmer ist ein dunkelgrauer geschmackloser Bunker

Wenn das nicht sehr gute Personal wäre, würde ich hier kaum ein gutes Wort finden. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Frühstück für 5 Sterne übersichtlich. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten hat sich eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sehr nett entschuldigt.

Gut, es ist mein persönlicher Geschmack, doch für uns war das einfach nur ein dunkelgrauer Bunker, der nicht den geringsten Charme versprüht. Armaturen im Bad billig und fallen fast von der Wand, die halbe Badbeleuchtung funktioniert nicht, was in den 3 Tagen nicht bemerkt wurde. Bewegliche Trennwand ist aus der Halterung und somit krumm und schief. Wandverkleidungen sind krumm und schief. Die Toilette erinnert an ÖBB.

Tolle Lage, Zimmer mit Ausblick super toll, Frühstück ok!

Das Personal beim Frühstück ist nicht so gut geschult, ich denke das waren Studenten. Wir mussten lange warten bis wir einen Kaffee bestellen konnten und dann nochmals zu lange bis der Kaffee am Tisch war.

Definitely not 5 star level. If it wasn’t for the view we would have left.

The breakfast was really great, the selection of food and the quality was really good, however the air conditioning in the restaurant was very strong - it was freezing cold - especially when it was also cold outside. The location is good you could just walk to the central within few min.

In the “spa/ wellness” you could not relax, it was cold and uncomfortable. From the sauna the view is nice. We ordered room service - nobody came to pick the trey up even till the next morning. My partner tried to open one of the cabinet’s door to pack into it but unfortunately the door stayed in his hand.

Einfach Super !

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral im Herzen von Wien gelegen und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und alle Räumlichkeiten sind sauber. Das Hotelzimmer bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Wiener Innenstadt und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch der wunderschönen Rooftopbar, in der man leckere Cocktails über den Dächern Wiens geniessen kann. Werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Excellent and could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

Room was large with great views over the city. It was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was superb and as a bonus the restaurant was on the top floor again with great views over the city.

Did not dislike anything really not too much else to say really.

Location, breakfast offering and view. Gift left in room to celebrate 6th of December.

Minimal wellness facilities - just a steam room (not working) and a single sauna. Check in staff courteous but not particularly friendly. Bathtub not particularly comfortable.

Мой третий визит в SO Vienna

Потрясающий вид из окна и отличное расположение. Прекрасная работа персонала, который всегда окажет помощь по любому вопросу. Также читал много жалоб на завтраки, что очень плохие и не "шведский стол". Могу сказать, что завтраки отличные и очень вкусные. Вместо "шведского стола" у вас есть меню в котором вы можете выбрать что приготовить: яйца, шакшука, йогурты, гранола, панкейки и т.д. Также кофе, выпечка и сырная тарелка всегда будет предоставлена вам через пару минут.

Это мое третье посещение данного отеля и к сожалению, если все так и останется, то последнее. По приезду, номер который я забронировал и оплатил оказался недоступен и мне бесплатно предложили повышение категории. Однако, новый номер категории "выше" был намного хуже и мне пришлось просить замену. Тут должен отметить, что персонал работает очень хорошо и в конце концов мне предоставили отличный номер. Дальше. Теперь это уже не Sofitel, a SO. Отель по-прежнему остался в сети Accor, но его затронули определенные изменения в худшую сторону: - при входе вас не встречает консьерж, который поможет с чемоданами. Теперь его нужно искать и просить. - косметику Hermes, которая была визитной карточкой отеля теперь заменили на более простой бренд. - ресторан Das Loft, больше не имеет звезды Michelin. - номера и раньше начали устаревать, сейчас уже "последний звонок" чтобы их обновить. Можно заметить, что коронавирус сильно отразился и на отельной индустрии. Однако хочется верить, что данные изменения носят лишь временный характер и спустя время управляющие смогут вернуть прежний статус моему любимому отелю в Вене.
