Basic apartments. Not for a long stay

Location

Needs updated, shower fell apart when we used it. Beds uncomfortable, needs painted seems run down

Nice location. Spacious apartment. Friendly staff.

No soap. Mattresses are too soft. The region was full of cockroaches. I am not sure if the hotel could do anything to keep the out of the rooms. I do not want to be unfair. Maybe they cannot do anything. In the end, I had to fight with cockroaches every night.

Superb

Great apartment, with a balcony and garden space. I was on my own, but it had space for about six. It was clean and 1 minute from the beach, I also had use of the hotels facilities, like the pool and entertainment and classes. So overall I recommend it!

Nothing really, nothing that comes to mind.

Pleasant stay in a decent value for money apartment

Loved the location, close to the beach and bars/restaurants but not too much noise loved that the apartment had two large bathroom beside each of the bedrooms,

No wifi, water in the shower only stayed hot for a few minutes.

Pleasant

Quiet area close to Playa Chica, a good spot for swimming, snorkling and diving. Lot's of divers, fun to look at :) Nice walk by the sea to the older parts of Puerto del Carmen. Sea view from balcony. Patio good for hanging wet swim equipment. Dated but clean.

A bit dated inside out (but they are fixing the exterior at the moment). Apartement had a strange layout (we slept in the bedroom next to the patio, the other bedroom felt like a basement). Cockroach in the fridge... (the door was hard to close guess that's how it sneaked in...).

Absoloutley wonderful

The size and layout of the apartment were lovely, balcony overlooking the beach, very clean, very central location, quiet location, check-in staff were very helpful.

Honestly really disappointed that sun loungers were shown in photos but not available in the apartment. Really put a downer on our holiday as we booked based on photos.

Value for money clean and good location

The location was good its in a quieter part but close enough to walk to the main strip where its livelier. Also it was good that the hotel costa vulvan lets people staying in guanaram use the facilities there.

No air conditioning or fans in apartments

Booked for my husband and friends at short notice. I thought I might have questions and issues when they checked in, but they were able to check in early and loved the location and apartments.

Excellent apartment. Close to beaches and shops, bars and restaurants. Just felt totaly relaxed.

Picked the keys up from a Hotel nearby only 3 minutes walk to the property. Apartment very clean and tidy with a good view over rooftops to the sea. Only a two minute walk to the nearest beach and 2 minutes to shops, Old Town and the main strip.

Only had single beds in the apartment, but this was as advertised. Apart from that everything was very good. Bit of noise from next door apartment but nothing untoward.

Apartments very good but no wifi.

Very well appointed all you could want.

No wi-fi would be a deal breaker for me so would not book again.could go to parent property to use pool and their Wi-Fi about 4 min walk.

No wifi at the property no cleaning or clean towels for three days. Got them on the third day after complaining

No internet, no cleaning, but lots of space.

The apartment was very spacious and there were two terracess and two bathrooms. A lots of space and a little kitchen.

There was no internet in the apartment!!!! Only in the main building 200 m away. Nothing to wash the dishes with. The cleaners came only Once during our 4 night's stay and didn't even really clean up. I would se there's No cleaning service.
