Helpful staff, good location, responded well to minor request, an ample and excellent buffet breakfast, would definitely recommend it to our friends. You won’t go wrong if you stay at Ai Reali
The tour company the hotel recommended was very uneven.

Beautiful design and location
The room was too hot and air con was not available as it is winter.

Great location, close to the Rialto Bridge. Staff were great.
Breakfast was average at best and all self service, hotel organised at gondola tour €120 - lasted 20 minutes, not worth it at all. Bad smell in the hotel, but that's Venice for you. Spa was closed and we weren't told prior to our stay.

A wonderful hotel a short walk from the Rialto bridge. A perfect location to explore Venice. Very welcoming and helpful staff. We booked a junior suite which was exquisite (but quite expensive). The breakfast was excellent with attentive service. A beautiful hotel, we only stayed a single night, but would love to go back. It is 5 minutes from St Mark's Square, and there several excellent restaurants nearby.
It was quite expensive.

it was beautiful and central
I went with my daughter and the pool was closed yet we still paid full price . there was others in the area we could of gone to if we had been aware of this upon booking . we were not aware that the pool was going to be closed during our stay

We can’t fault much about this hotel! It was in the best location imaginable- close to Rialto bridge but not too close and tucked away in a private corner. The room was perfect- such a lovely Venetian vibe and the spa was a great addition too. We would advise to pre book. We booked the sauna steam room and aromatic spa- the jacuzzi was closed for the winter but the experience all in all was so relaxing! The breakfast was great- had to pay extra for eggs other than scrambled but the scrambled eggs were so good we didn’t need to! Such a good selection of other food as well.
The room was quite hot and the heating system didn’t seem to be working so we ended up having the windows open most of the time- not a massive issue though! The bathroom was quite small and slightly hot and humid but the beauty of the rooms made up for it!

Gorgeous boutique hotel, very clean & staff were so nice. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We really enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast not great and there was an awful drain smell around where the food was presented. The breakfast waiter was amazing !
The drain smell around the buffet area was disgusting and the buffet was very limited and Irene that should have been chilled for hygiene food safety (like soft cheese and yoghurts) were warm!
