Mountain view pool home within walking distance of Indian Wells Tennis Garden for shuttle to Coachella and Stage Coach events. 300 yard walk to Gate 9 and 10 of Indian Wells Tennis Garden. This Indian Wells single family home. Recently renovated. Indian Wells Permit #VV-0022

*Kitchenaid stainless steel gas BBQ with outdoor dining.
*Wireless Internet
Minimum 2 night 3 day rental
4 night minimum for Coachella, Stagecoach, Christmas/New Years & Thanksgiving weeks.
Pool heat is $30 per night if needed plus tax.
Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

We have 2019 Mini Convertible and 2015 BMW 5 Series available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here, and we have since had one addition to the group. You are only 10 minutes or so from the Paseo in Palm Desert as well as old town La Quinta. The pool is perfect for a small family, and well-kept.

Beautiful house and nice neighborhood. As identified, it has a fully stocked kitchen. With a full house and everyone using ice, you may need to purchase some but that's about all. Truly a great place to stay and property manager very responsive to anything you may need. You won't be disappointed

The outdoor living space with pool and beautiful landscaping along with beautiful days were perfection. House was perfect for couples and we all loved the large sectional with built in recliner chairs and that was big enough for all of us to relax and enjoy watching a movie together. We appreciated we were able to park our car in the garage. Will be back!

The property is very clean and comfortable for 6 adults. The location is great and easily accessible to the freeway. The house is very clean, and we will definitely be staying there on our next visit.

Thank you for such a great home you shared with us. Everything was as advertised and the location absolutely could not have been better. The layout of the house was simple and yet perfect. Close to everything the valley has to offer, restaurants, golf, walking, the Tennis Center. The hot tub was great and warmed to temp quickly. There was a clementine tree in the back yard that provided a fresh surprise every morning! We would definitely go back when in the area!

Everything is great about this property. The location, the cleanliness and roominess of the place. There was everything we needed to make our own meals. And communication was lovely.

We stay in about two VRBO's per year. This place was perfect and more than we expected. Everything was perfectly appointed. There were towels for the hot tub and pool, the hot tub instructions were perfect. The kitchen and pantry was wonderful. There was salt, baggies, and oil that we could use and didn't have to buy. The media set-up included all the channels and streaming services. And, it was easy to use our streaming (CBS sign-in) when necessary. The neighborhood was super quiet. The check-in and check-out was perfect, with very little required on our part. We will definitely stay here again.

Well stocked, beautifully appointed home perfect for our reunion. Loved the 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard. The pool and sitting areas fit all of our needs. We hope for a redo in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We could easily walk to the Indian Wells tennis tournament (around15-20 minutes). The house was very comfortable for two couples (plus a family friend in the third bedroom for one night). The back yard with a pool and hot tub was delightful. We would definitely stay here again.

The location had a wonderful view and was located near many nice restaurants and other local attractions. We were close to a grocery store and Starbucks so that was perfect for us! The neighborhood was peaceful, well maintained, and very safe for our long walks.

Beautiful house with pool/jacuzzi, as well as small grass area that my dog loved. The house is also only a block away to the tennis stadium and campus, and it is a de facto dog park and incredible dog walking area. We had a fabulous time enjoying the house and all the amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Start to finish, our experience was fantastic, so much so, we never wanted to leave and hoped we could stay longer! The house was great and comfortable, the pool was amazing! The host was wonderful as well, just overall a great time! I would recommend for sure and I am looking forward to returning next year!

The place was wonderful, loved the quietness of the neighborhood. The attention to detail was awesome nothing was overlooked would stay here again. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but I guess it comes with the territory having so many plants around and the dust at the bottom, well it is the desert.

My family has stayed at many VRBO’s, and this one ranks at the top. Exactly as pictured. Prompt communication with management. Plenty of toiletries, pool toys, and pool towels. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. Lots of pillows. Very comfortable beds. I give it my highest recommendation.
