An awesome grill / firepit and plenty of wood were provided. It was ideal for a barbecue! Easy check-in. Staff were helpful with any questions we had.
One of the bathrooms had some foul odour, but opening the windows got rid of most of it. Also, the refrigerator didn't close properly.

Great location, local to everything.

Great place to stay in Zakopane. Close to the main street Krupówki, around nature. We really enjoyed the fire place, small terrace in the back of the house and mountain view. Inside, there was everything we needed.

The cottage was really cosy, very warm and clean.
The owner helped us really quickly, when we needed.

Cosy ambience, close to city city center though private and away from the main road. Beautiful house design. Car park and entry road cleared from snow regularly, easy to find, good location for local shops restaurants as well as ski slopes. Great place to stay after all. whole group were happy and would book again.
Broken Jacuzzi (could kind of make it out from description when booking, but not very clear), bathroom Jacuzzi running out of hot water quickly resulting in lukewarm water, unable to use sauna past 10-11PM as lights are turned off. Lack of cleaning products/toilet paper for longer than few days stay

We really enjoyed our stay here - great location (the grocery shops and restaurants are nearby), it's quite close to the skiing facilities as well. The cabin was great - authentic, clean and warm. The host was very friendly and communication was really good. Definitely would recommend this place to stay for couples or families.

Location of the house was very good, and house is beyond my expectation, as it was mentioned view was great. Fireplace was awesome :) we have used the fireplace almost all time, easy to fire, even I have never did in my life. There were more than enough wood next to house, and there was a burner to start fire easily. even burners was finished property handed over to me new one. great days we had, it was dreamy,
we didnot have any serious problem at all. my friend used the hot tub, which was really large. Only problem might be, while filing the hot tub, sadly hot water was not enough :) we have used the kitchen kettle and other materials to heat the water :) which was fine. I also may recommend to insert a shower telephone to the hot tub, since you may enjoy the hot tub, but at the end it was not easy to wash your hair. over all, everything was alright, these are just small minor things even not to mention may be,

clean
- no coffee or tea facilities
- not a single bottle of water available on arrival
-outdated photos, the apartment was missing items pictured on the images of the apartment booked by me e.g. the guitar
- dangerously small bathtub sneakily not shown on the pictures.

- Excellent wooden cottage. Old but with some touch or modern facilities
- Wooden and central heating which was easy to control
- Bath upstairs (although very tiny) and shower downstairs
- Close to Biendroka supermarket and between Krupowki and Ski Jump
- In a very quiet location next to a small river
- Excellent communication with the host (although it was only in Polish language - thanks Google Translator)
- More cutleries as the ones provided were too few
- Additional towels as we were with 2 kids under 4 years old
- Expensive

However, the positive things are amounting way more.
Starting with the garden. It is small, but still great! Just the possibility to use the Sauna each night or sit at a fire are something special. We cant even imagine how beautiful it is in winter when it snows.
The house itself is beautiful and even though there are sometimes some dirty places, those are on things that are harder to clean. Every else was super tidy! We have been surprised by how tidy, as we often stay at such places all over the world and as soon as those locations have fireplaces or animals allowed , we expect to see dog hair at the furniture and the towels. But not here, no hairs, no other bad smells exept for the whirlpool bath tub. Super clean.
Beds really comfy. Beautifil exterior. View was beautiful. The hosts have been as friendly as they could be, above our expectations!
You can reach pretty much reach everything by foot if you want. The fireplace was something special, especially as the hosts provided more than enough fire wood for ALL houses.
We absolutely recommend this place and all of the negative points are pretty much just mentioned, as we hope that maybe some of them can be of value for the great hosts and that they are maybe improving 1 or 2 things, until we come for the next time. Because generally, this housing is absolutely awesome.
Sadly, the Jacuzzi in the garden is not working - something that is like that for years.
It is extremely bright in the house, you can't darken the rooms, so you will have the full beautiful sunshine in your face once the sun goes up - but could be worse in such a location. However, this would be our main suggestion for the hosts. As well as a possibility to hang something over the back glass door, so that other guests that get fire wood or go to the garden won't watch directly into our souls while watching TV in our pjamas.
Please at some more lamps in the living room, it was super dark during the day and there was no option for a smaller atmosphere light during later hours. One more TV / working place would be good in such a big house.
In the deluxe cottage is bath tub drain was smelling really bad and some of the furniture was a bit dirty with sticky patches.
The parking situation was bad, as the whole ground was packed. There should be signs so the guests know were to park or maybe there could be less front garden and one more parking spot.
The kitchen had no microwave/no oven, so nothing to warmup the leftovers, not that many utensils, no dishwasher, smelling fridge. However, it is still a nice and cozy , even though it is a tiny kitchen. Just not as good if you plan to cook for many people / alot. But surely good enough to make a tasty coffee and omelette.

Super cozy hut, clean and nicely decorated. Good location not far from centre, but with backyard providing forest and mountains view. Bonus stream on the edge of property, providing a chill audio experience. Comfort and relaxation enhancing commodities, such as fireplace (even though the place is central heated, with electronic temp regulation) and projector + big, foldable screen in the bedroom. Nice, discreet and helpful stuff, they even sent us back the headphones we left behind!

Original style of cottages, space and modern facilities.
Small parking comparing to amount of guests
