Convenient, spacious and good value with a good hand-cooked breakfast and coffee.

The room was comfortable, check in was simple and breakfast was very good. The location was not very aesthetic, with a large overpass nearby and some sort of electrical substation almost next door. The walk to the town centre was fairly short although it was very warm work even in the morning! We also liked the rooftop pool - the sign said it opened at 10am IIRC but we had a cheeky swim before breakfast and nobody told us off.

There was a bit of black mold in the shower which means someone needs to strip and re-do the sealant. It wasn't too bad but definitely not A+ experience. Also the walls generally needed a lick of paint, you could see scuff marks and maybe some food smears here and there. Don't let it put you off though, it's not that bad.

I would not recommend this place. Hotel room was not clean at clean. It was really loud and uncomfortable. Its not close to the city center nor the beach. Breakfast was barely anything good. They totally misled us. Be careful with potholes and flood water stands around the hotel. Extremely, extremely unpleasant experience!!!

The cleaning staff did a great job. Everyone was helpful.

The Wi-Fi is terrible in the rooms. The toiletries were a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner.

very welcoming hotel with good wibe, I reccomend

stuff is very friendly and nice. Atmospfere in hotel is warm and chill and rooms are big. it’s only 15 min walk on main road from the center

it’s small breakfast, you need to pay extra if you want more. bathroom in our room didn’t have proper wall, locks on balcony door and safe didn’t work properly

The best times are in the past

Super big rooms! The downtown was in short walk distance.

It seems that the hotel's best times are in the past. There are some repairs that need to be done, e.g. we couldn't close our bathroom door. There was no shower gel, nor any glasses. We were almost only visitors in the hotel.

Rooms are very spacious. It has two bathrooms in the room! Free breakfast was good

Nice spacious and clean rooms

Family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers . Most of hotels have 2 double beds but they offer 3 and 4 beds per room. Every kid had their own bed!! Free breakfast was very convenient

Swimming schedule too short. 7 pm is too early to close the pools

Flawless vacation time

Nice looking building with a rooftop ready for a chill afternoon dip in a pool. powerful A/C in the room and big comfy bed.

Previous guest left food in the fridge, once it got switched off the food made the fridge smell so bad we could not use it. But surely if we’d need one the staff would take care of it.

I liked the location near the Highway or 55th street and the Kiddie pool on the 3rd floor.

The suction ventilator did not work in the bathroom, the whole room would stink of...

Alarm sounded just outsider the room every 10 minutes through the night.

Location

An alarm sounded outside the room (Room 8) every 10 minutes all through the night. It was an absolute nightmare to try and sleep. This is aside from the room being next to the lifts and the lobby. People coming and going all through the night which was an additional reason it was hard to sleep.

Nice budget place

Hotel is a good option for a budget traveling, it was clean and comfy. Staff seemed friendly but they barely spoke English and we don’t speak Spanish but still - the vibe was good. Breakfast is a nice opportunity to try something local, that was a nice surprise.

Pool at the top is more a pound than a pool. I know it is something that they cannot do something about it but the view from balcony was disgusting.

Fabalous hotel great value for money

Rooms nice and big Cleaned everyday Fresh towels and sheets We had king superior room with pool view which was downstairs, was private and lovely Staff very friendly Nice breakfast egg,toast, coffee and juice Pool on rooftop was beautiful

Could do with a few more sun lougers round the pool only two for people to lay on Its about 15min walk into playa but not a problem for us as we like walking

The staff was really helpfull and friendly The room was very clean. The pool on rooftop was nice. The walk to the beach was OK - it took around 20 min. Nice local restaurants on the way.

The view from the hotel was not nice. The breakfast was just OK, and it wasn't much - we had to by extra food to the children. The "pool" in the lobby needed cleaning

Superb

Great stop on way to our final destination. Close to all amenities via cab. Only pillow sucked wife said. Happy overall as we have stayed mant times.

Pillows need upgrade 😉

Good hotel

The location is really near from the 5th Avenue about 6 blocks, They provide towels for the beach.

The breakfast is not that good.

Hotel very nice, friendly staff, close to town, spacious rooms.

unfortunately we didn't sleep well for one night. the door is like paper and everything can be heard. everyone who walks in the hallway at night and in the morning. there were only two deck chairs by the rooftop pool. if you arrive late you must lie on the ground.
