Nice, well maintained and spacious apartment, few steps from the beach. Private parking as a bonus. Apartment is suitable for 4-5 people. Outside space with garden furniture. Fabio is a great host.
We spent there a few days at the beginning of May and the weather was colder than usually. There was no heating in the apartment so we felt cold during the nights. But other than this everything was perfect and I guess the host was not in charge for the weather :)

Nice location, friendly stuff.
Please clarify the cleaning policies in advance: somehow it is normal to require you to clean up the apartment yourself upon leave. Despite having paid 120 € cleaning fee.
4.1
Good location with nice proximity to the beach.
Nice terrace with good wine accros the road.
Lacks basic acceories like shower towels. We where directed to a market to buy some. Everything is extra charge... even the electricity. Because of this the total cost of the accommodation is higher then expected.
They use single use bed covers that are not confortable.
The apartment has poor sound isolation and you can hear everything.
The worst thing are the mosquitoes... they are everywhere and really bad. Worst infestation I have ever seen. Also the locals say that is usually like this.
The connection to reach Venece is really bad. Few busses that are not on schedule.
As a conclusion I would not recommend this one.

The property itself was modern, clean, secure and in a pleasant area
The property is barely equipped with any essentials. Everything you can think comes at an extra charge, for example, bedding, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, heating, and more.
For some reason, the apartment is absolutely freezing at night, and so we ended up sleeping in jumpers and tracksuit bottoms to avoid having to pay €2.50 an hour for heating.
Additionally, it is required that you leave the apartment clean, exactly how you found, which is understandable, but they don’t provide any cleaning facilities, meaning we had to go buy all of this, which also means we had a lot of wasted/unused sponges, washing up liquid, etc..
Location is not best connected to public transport for Jesolo, and so would recommend hiring a car, or hiring a bike.

The owners are just outstanding: they were always in touch, checked us in remotely, gave all possible information to make our stay comfy. We arrived very late in the night, because of the traffic jam, but they waited for us with no yelling! We really appreciated this approach.
We rented 2 flats and both were very good, big, clean, renovated, fully equipped.
Sea is just a couple walk minutes. Many children playgrounds, beach bars and restaurants, supermarket and other activities in the area.
And very important: NO CROWDS!
Well, the beds are no good at all. Hard, creaking every time you move and wobbling when you get in/out. I'd not refuse that at least mattresses are replaced.
Another small thing: private beach area. It is not free of charge, but located far from the apartment, is very narrow (only two lines width). We had to walk along the beach for no reason: public beach is same clean and much closer.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Located near to the sea in a quiet location. The pool is better and bigger than we expected, we spent a lot of time in it. Cavallino itself is a good place to stay with family with small chlidren, however for nightlife or high quality attractions (tropicarium, fun park, aquapark, ...) you better go to Lido di Jesolo which is just a couple of minutes away by car - so not a big deal :)
If you plan to visit Venice (or Murano or Burano which I like more) the obvious way is to go to Punta Sabbioni or Treporti (less crowded) and take a vaporeto there however I strongly recommend renting a boat in Cavallino port and go to Venice by yourself, they have smaller boats for rent even if you don't have a licence. Seeing Venice from your own deck is something totally cool :)
There are a few stores in a walking distance, however for reasonable prices and selection I recommend driving to supermarkets in Cavallino center or in Lido di Jesolo.
For eating Soleado ristorante worked best for us. Lanterna pizzeria is also a good choice.
The kitchen could be better equiped - we would appreciate washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
Be prepared to pay a lot of extras: towels and sheets are 32 EUR per person - 128 EUR for family of four!; final cleaning is 150 EUR (and still you have to eg. empty all bins at handover - in this case I didn't fully understand what I was paying for); internet is charged extra; AC is charged extra; ... You can also rent sunbeds and umbrella on the beach for a good price however those are quite far so we went without those in the end.
Also be prepared for tons of mosquitos, definitelly have something to repel them with you.

Spacious, nice balcony, clean. Fabio was really pleasant and helpful.
Ridiculous check in procedures, it was in a totally different area from the accommodation. The charge for linen and towels is not communicated until after payment, not in the advert. The man who came to check us out arrived early, told us to get out of the pool and get going (half an hour before check out) and ordered me back to empty a small bin, it felt like we were being frog marched from the property. His colleague was apologetic and appeared embarrassed. The pillows smelled awful, like they hadn’t been changed in years and the bed was hard.

Paid WiFi? Paid hours of Air-conditioning? Paid bed linen? 100 eur for cleaning? what is then price of renting for?
