DO NOT BOOK HERE!! To start off, I had a really bad experience here. So I initially booked through Expedia, and I went based off the pictures and price. As soon as we walked in the room, we got hit with a really bad humid smell. The beds weren't even done and right away noticed that the sheets and covers had stains, hairs and cigarette burn marks. The ceilings and walls had water damage stains. The refrigerator was in no condition to store any type of food or beverages. When I asked the front desk to see if I can get a different room I was denied. So then I asked if they can change the sheets out and I was just handed more sheets with more stains. Don't let the pictures fool you. We had to leave and just drive 2 hrs back home. Therefore, I am demanding a full refund from the hotel because I wasn't going to expose myself or my family to that unsanitary room.

The location worked well for us however it was not as described. I booked through Kayak and it stated there was a continental breakfast as well as a microwave in each room which was untrue. All there was, was a mini frige. I would have booked elsewhere had I known we were not getting was I was told. Also there was hair in sink, bathtub and floor of bathroom and the tv did not work. Will never stay here again.

The front desk lady for check in was friendly and helpful just the room and experience arriving to see 3 hookers prostituting outside of the hotel is what killed the experience. The room also had small black hairs on the bed like the washer they use didn’t catch them. When booked wanted a smoke free room and smelled so much like cigarettes I had to use my inhaler and allergy medication for itchiness. But like I said the front desk person was the most helpful.

This place looked like the bottom of the barrel. There were prostitutes walking the streets making transactions. The street was lined with 18 wheelers and God only knows what was going on. There were transient people hanging around outside. The sign on the door asked for guests to check in at the window and NOT come inside. We did not feel safe on this property at all.

My close family member was hospitalized and I was not able to use reservation I reached out in advance and offered to get letter from doctor. They didn’t care I will never stay at any of their hotels and will also share with my friends and family

I had a reservation but for family emergency I couldn’t go, they told me if I canceled I was going to lose my money, they didn’t even let me change the dates so I ended up losing the money that I payed for 2 nights.

To start the first day we arrived the sink was dirty all around the faucet looks like never been clean, the plugs close to the beds, the one in the bathroom didn’t work and the ones that work were loose when you plug in the charger, we stay 3 days and they didn’t came to clean up the second day so when we came back there was no clean towels. And on the website say they offer continental breakfast but there was nothing, not even coffee to go, bad service really bad

When we got there we had to have them come in our room and mop the floors after we did it ourselves and showed them how nasty they were. We also got there a bit early and were told we could not check in early at all keeping in mind we are from out of town. Also found a cockroach in our bathroom. Walls are full of food or nasty dirty liquids and also our room smelt like cigarettes like crazy. When i asked for a new room key cause it wasn’t working they assumed someone was in the room when we had all left. Overall i would never stay here or spend one penny on this spot. I hope i save someone their time and money!!! Also they asked for a deposit of 100$ a room which is alot for such a dirty place
