Gorgeous location at the sea, lovely food on offer, nice pool area.
5.0
My client really loved this hotel
1.5
The hotel itself is a 4* resort but unfortunately the food can only be classed as 3* at best.
We stayed in the seaview room which had amazing views of the resort and the sea. The room itself was lovely with a large comfortable king bed. The waredrobe needs looking into as the clothes rail is so high i couldn't reach it unless i stood on the bottom of the wardrobe which is not great for safety.
The pool was great if a little cold but what can you expect in April? Lifeguards are on duty from 9.30 - 6pm which is great. Also loved the swim up bar with jacuzzi.
Now onto the food. I have stayed in many all inclusive resorts and i can honestly say the food here was the worst i have had. Breakfast was OK if you like the full english experience. The only fruit they had at any time were cut up oranges and banana which were turning brown at the ends. At other resorts we always have things like melon, berries etc.
The snack bar at lunch was a joke. The burgers and hot dogs were awful. Pizza was inedible with just some conjealed cheese and no flavour. So off to the main restaurant which was not much better. The salads were covered in dressing and the main food was mainly the leftovers from the night before.
Evening was just as bad even the themed nights were just as monotonous with poorly seasoned meats that were so dry they could have been anything.
If they can get the food right this would be such a great resort but such a shame this let it down

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Lots todo for kids. Grand children loved the resort. Loved walking along the beach each morning. The food option was great.

Great value for money. Food was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing chilled and relaxing the hotel was clean and everything you would need for a nice holiday. Staff was so friendly polite and helpful food was good and a good choice of different items to eat so could not go hungry. Enjoyed everything about the holiday.

All of the staff were tremendously helpful and friendly. The personnel kept the hotel totally dpotless. Sadly the hotel is not eco-friendly and i felt conscious about the overuse of single use plastics, lack of recycling bins etc. The poolside music was a bit too upbeat and loud at times, but overall we had a great stay...

Had a really nice and relaxing mini break at the Leonardo Cypria Bay. The all inclusive is generous, amazing range of foods in the buffet restaurant and freshly prepared snacks in the snack bar. Local drinks are fine, very drinkable and you can upgrade for a small-ish fee if you want more choice. Bedroom was massive! Beds comfortable, good Wi-Fi and air con. Staff are helpful and relaxed - not in your face, but also lots of them around keeping things clean and checking in on you if you need them. Other guests were mainly young families or chilled groups of adults - I found it friendly and welcoming and we weren’t bothered at night with any noise. Would definitely come again and thank you for a lovely break :)

Nice location, close to the airport (20 mins). Food really good, drinks selection less so but it's an all-inclusive, to be expected. Staff really nice and accommodating to any questions
2.0
Lovely hotel, but it can get noisy when there are large groups of people staying there ( eg wedding party )
The sound travels up from the lobby bar area up through to the rooms on the galleries.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The food was really nice, drinks too.
The bed is very large and comfy. Nice sea views.
The stuff is super friendly and they made a birthday celebration very special. Thank you.
The pool area was busy and loud as there are speaker for the music everywhere (and different areas play different tunes).
We had a room next to a lift so it was very loud in the evening as guests party in the lobby (also life music) until late.
The kids club is a bit disappointing as it’s indoors only, dark and smelly room. My child was looking forward to it but didn’t like staying in it at all. There could be some program and activities for kids, but they just hang out there without doing anything-Boring.
The hotel Ing wneraly could be more eco friendly as I don’t need my towel changed every day. Also there was a lot of single use plastic cups, paper plates which could be avoided these days.
Overall great place, location and food.

The staff is unique, they are always smiling and always ready to help.
We travel often, but we have never come across such nice staff and so well-intentioned.
Definitely will visit this wonderful place again. By the end, our little daughter was crying and didn't want to leave.
I highly recommend them !

The room was Ok, but the level of service was poor in the restaurants, which had no character, and resembled canteens.

Leonardo brand in Cyprus is a guarantee of quality . The hotel is good both couples and for couples with children . The only downsize for summer months is that a beach is not opposite the hotel. But since is the beginning of May it was still cold this was not and an issue

Hotel is located straight on seafront. Grounds are beautiful kept very tidy with plenty sunloungers. All staff members are very attentive and service is great. The only thing that could be improved is dining. Selection for hot food is limited and most of the evenings it gets very busy and noisy in the restaurant.
Overall good hotel, Paphos harbour is about 30-40 min walk using promenade by the sea or 15min by bus.

The Leonardo Cypria Bay was a nice hotel but let down when we first arrived. Hotel room was 'as described' as sea view room but the room had the following faults. Shower head rail had broken, wardrobe door off its sliding rails, mini fridge switched off so water dripping out all over drawers below, drawers off their runners so not easy to open without putting them back in. This would have been such an easy thing to fix as always first impressions stay with you. I reported the issues (turned the fridge/freezer back on) and the shower was fixed quite quickly . wardrobe door we put back on runners and the drawers were never really looked at. That being said the hotel was very clean, staff on the whole were very nice, food was good and plenty of drinks to choose from. One thing I wasn't aware of was there are 2 tiers of all inclusive, standard and 'gold', the standard is just local drinks where the gold is all top brands, just worth looking at. Hotel is in a good position with free parking, lovely walk along to Paphos harbour and beyond .

My only complaint is they do not offer any air port transfer service. You have to book it on your own or hire a taxi. It would be convenient to have an airport shuttle.

3 star hotel , good service/food and clean overall . You get what you pay for ,nothing more nothing less . It is not adults only so book accordingly!

One night stay all inclusive. Excellent for families with children. Nice food. Good snack bar. Can get a drink without going to the bar. Fizzy wine points, and really nice fizzy as I am a Prosecco drinker. Excellent entertainment for children and adults. Beds really comfortable, and love the folded towel and chocolate on the bed. Thank you

Pretty much as advertised - aimed at a family or group travel market, it's a nice place for a stay. I liked the pool, and it was very convenient to have the meals there. The food was ok - not high class, but good for groups and families.

The hotel is a family outlet so there is a lot going on during the day and it may feel a bit noisy at times however the facilities are great in terms of how much people interaction you fancy. We had a pleasant stay overall, staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food at the buffet was pretty decent catering for all dietary requirements.

Hotel spotless clean, friendly staff, wonderful variety of food
1.5
Entertainment staf were awful.
Poor attitude almost had to plead with them to deliver any sort of entertainment which was on the advertised time table.
Restaurant not open and when it was fully booked.
Pool was feezing and all drinks served in plastic pint glasses.
Reception staff brilliant.
Would not recommend this hotel.

We went to the Cypria Bay as a break for our daughter’s birthday. The hotel was great and the staff were amazing. I would like to add a special thanks to Nektaria who arranged everything for us and made our daughter feel very special. (Including balloons & cake). I highly recommend this hotel for families, great kids club and entertainment team, friendly and extremely attentive staff. We will definitely try and return soon.

We had a pleasant stay. Great pools, especialy the pirate ship for the kids. Bed matress was very good, pillows not so much to my liking, but they are ok. Rooms had good view and were just enough for us. All inclusive was good but i think a bit repetitive, could use more variety. All in all i would stay again. It was my second time to this hotel.
1.5
Check in was quite chaotic, no queuing system. Room was quite good, was upgraded to a side sea view which was nice. No water or anything in the fridge which was dirty. This is a great place for small kids, not so great if you don’t have small kids! The pool is pretty small for the amount of guests. Plenty of sun loungers. Food very average, drinks at the pool bar dire.

The overall stay was great but with a few minor issues which need ironing out. The WiFi wouldn't connect to the room I was staying in and when we told the reception they said it will be looked at and get sorted, but it didn't.
When asking a member of staff where the kids club was nobody seems to know anything about it so I think team training needs to be looked at as it felt like we were being passed over to the next person each time.
The kids pool pirate ship bucket kept getting stuck.
The food was amazing during the main meals but snacks could be looked at.
The room was nice and spacious for the four of us and served its purpose for our stay.
All the staff are friendly and helpful (in the end).
I don't agree with the kids play room being 4 years and above, I have a 3 year old so what was I supposed to be able to do with her. This will need looking at as it's a family hotel.
Other than that the stay was amazing just a few tweaks then it will run smoother.

Location was good nice swimming pool and outside space with many sun lounges, the property needs some maintenance especially the mini golf and the tennis court. Rooms are average. Staff very miserable. Daytime and evening activities and entertainment very poor. Food was good but nothing special. The a la carte restaurant was never open and misleading advertising about some facilities

We liked our stay at the prperty. The family room was great and spacious. The food however was nothing special. Mainly frying and salads, nothing that is genuine or to be remembered. The swimming pools are Not heated and that means only the hardy kids venture. The view On the beach and its location is great.

Nice. 4 star not mor. We came all the family. 11 peaple. 5 rooms. The roomsAre not clean. In general, not good cleaners. The food was fine. Great pools. Suitable for everyone. We asked to stay after leaving. Allow us until 2pm without extra. And until 4pm plus 65% €. Summarizes as mediocre. The service is kind. The maids are very loud.

Excellent hotel. Lovely staff, very clean. Great for kids. Food was awesome for every taste, including kids. There is food around the clock, and whoever whined about extras it’s nonsense. The snack bar has what there isn’t in the pool bar, and it’s perfectly good. Downside the opening times of kids club.

good hotel
1.5
The staff here were exceptional and frankly without the abilities of the staff and the effort they all put into their various roles this would be a much different review.
The reasons for this;
1. The hotel is massively in need of renovation
2. Found a cockroach among other bugs
3. The food is just about average. Breakfast the worst.
4. Food service is a zoo.
5. There are only 2, very small lifts servicing just under 300 rooms.
0.8
I would like to see some improvements as to the facilities and also the food of the hotel. Overall the staff was friendly and especially Guest Relations manager who she is one of the reasons that I believe the hotel will improve

No AC NO HEAT! Everything is closed!!! Until May in the hotel. Construction sites on both sides of the hotel ! Tractirs noise since 6 am
