This home is spacious and well-designed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The house was very clean and in good condition. Location was off the beaten path, but still close enough to be convenient. Newish neighborhood and all properties nearby were well kept. Felt safe and was very quiet at night. Will visit again.

We booked this property as our home was having new floors installed. The house is clean and very comfortable! The host was very helpful for all questions and responded immediately to all concerns. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and we definitely recommend this home for any short term or long term rentals in the Lafayette area.

My husband and I stayed here the weekend we got married and it was 10/10! I also used it for getting ready with the girls the day of the wedding. It was very spacious and clean! The host responded to questions very quickly and was always so kind! Overall, definitely recommend staying here!

Spent three nights in early May 2024 in this new house located in a quiet community of new homes. Pristine condition and perfect size for our party of four, in town for a funeral. Within a two mile radius of Lafayette’s main thoroughfares like Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, and Johnston street. We ventured out to nearby restaurants for local delicacies: Lagneaux king of seafood- for crawfish boil, and Don’s seafood- for Gumbo. Some in my party reported scarce toiletries ( Towels, washcloths, etc…) but no show-stoppers. The house was comfortable and a superior alternative to hotel rooms for our particular situation. The host, Ashley, was prompt in responding to inquiries. Easy check-in and check out. Will stay here again when in town for family events.

We loved the place. Close to our family in bureaux bridge and very clean. The outlets in the kitchen went out for some reason and without access to the board could not switch them back on but otherwise the property was lovely clean and comfortable.

When I first stumbled upon this house on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Kitchen contains everything a family needs (we had 6 family members). The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are excellent & Location is incredible! It was exactly as described in the listing. We felt so welcome & the owner provided everything we could possibly require.

After only staying one night in the property, the toilet was damaged and now the renter wants me to pay more than 800 dollars for the use of the toilet. I do not recommend this place, it is for rent but if something is damaged due to use they will charge you as new and with aggressiveness and lack of logic, I do not recommend them.

Beautiful and comfortable home that was located close enough to visit family and get to the property I inherited to clean it out. Close to the grocery store and plenty of eateries. Very quite neighborhood. Will stay here again when I return if available.

Very clean, new home. Still giving it a 5 star, however, no small towels or dish towels. Also could use oven mitts and extra blankets, expecially in the master. It seems to be a bit colder in this room. I would def stay again.

Beautiful home- brand new. Well appointed. There is a lot of construction going on as it is a new neighborhood, so important for people to know to expect a lot of construction activity and noise.
