Staff, especially the manager, were extremely helpful. Rooms and facilities are beautiful, and a great value for the money. They also suggested going on a desert safari which I was reticent to do but it was terrific and a highlight of our trip to India (non touristic safari). Five stars across the board

Position is very good. The hall of the hotel is beautiful
Rooms did not have keys. Lights could only be opened altogether, from one single point outside the room! The bathroom door had holes and you could see people showering from the room.

Lovely bedroom, and super comfortable bed. Just from the looks and the bed it was a little bit of a desert-princess dream. Kettle and instant coffee were provided, as well as hairdryer, shampoo, soap, etc. Also the actual landlord was lovely and talked to us and gave us free drinks. Good location and they let you leave your bags there for the day after checkout.
First of: do not do their trips. They took us despite horrible weather. Our arrangement was to be brought back after dinner but we literally didn’t do anything (no oasis, no local town, no ghost town) and still got charged the full amount. Total rip-off. Also the camels have piercings through their heads and burn marks, they are not treated nicely. Plus the whole „you’ll be away from other people“ talk but then we literally could hear another camp. Food wasn’t nice either.
Then to the accommodation. Loads of power-cuts. The water in the shower was cold and the bathtub dirty so you could never actually take a bath. No ventilation in the bathroom either so it got really damp and smelly in there. You also cannot flush toilet paper so you keep it in a bin next to the toilet, adding to the smell. Wi-Fi was as useless as the plugs - only one worked at all and even that one was temperamental. No good view and the cups in the room looked dirty.

I like the decor and the size of the room.
The room smelled bad, no hot water, staff were not friendly and were very unhelpful. When asking for their help with directions to the bus stop or tours, they seemed annoyed that I was asking and didn’t help me at all. I ended up getting help from another hotel instead. The room smelled really bad (I think backed up sewage). No hot water, despite advertising that they do.

AC was working perfectly
Room was perfectly clean (that’s not too usual in India)
Staff was friendly
Hotel was quiet
They accepted us in early booking at 7am without any extra charges ☺️
in booking app, free breakfast was supposed to be included. however, they only offered us two items. So we only had a tea and a omelette. This is the bad review I would let.

Just a few minute walk from the fort, this old haveli has a charm to it. The place was a bit outdated, and not the cleanest, but the staff were very accommodating. Although I did not do the desert safari package with them, they do offer one through the hotel. No room service available but their restaurant is located next door.
Note: Maybe it was just the room I stayed in but the water through the pipe was very loud throughout the night

- Great offer of activities to be done in the area and desert

- The bed was dirty, with some hairs in it and the bathroom was smelly

1. Staff was helpful & went out of way to help
Location is super +
2..Ample parking in front but on main road which is congested during day time due to Fort crowd
3. Good kitchen staff & hygienic food. They serve you outside delicacies on demand.
1. Property isn't a family property but good for friends / solo traveller's
2. Rooms are very small & so is overall property

Beautiful hostel overlooking Jaisalmer Fort with good social area and restaurant on site. Friendly and helpful staff, owner present during the day and was very welcoming. Helped me with arrangements and gave ideas on local tourism.
WiFi in all areas but not too speedy.

Best stay for travelers. The fort view from the top is an absolute beauty. I enjoyed my stay and meet a few travelers. The dudes in the hostel are very kind and helpful and funny. You can explore the city by walking from this place. This place is very famous, better book in advance.

Staff is super courteous, location is very central, food is always fresh, rooms are always clean. Desert Safari is to die for <3
Rooms are beautiful but the common dorms can be made better.

Ample parking available,
Proximity to the main entrance was walkable,
View from the room was spectacular,
Typical Haveli theme.
The panoramic view from the window was disrupted by the Electricity connections and Generator section.
The Kitchen was barely clean.
The Bathroom had a transparent top section, added by the big mirrors inside, which expose you completely, in case you left your towel outside.
No telephone or bell to call the staff, the staff too was just for sake of it. Absolutely Chalta hai attitude.

This is place is a real hub for travellers, with spaces that are perfect for the weary and dusty before they continue their journey. The staff is friendly, helpful and keen to help.
The rooftop has a wonderful view of the fort, best enjoyed lit up at night. The food matched the view entirely!
We booked the desert safari through them and were very satisfied since it was a no frills but authentic desert experience.

I was overcharged for my stay even after repeated requests to Booking.com and the property to modify my booking. I ended up paying for one extra day of stay and received no support from Booking.com and the property. I reached out to both via email and calls about my concern but no solution was given about the situation. I am really disappointed with booking.com and Moustache - Jaisalmer and would like a full refund for extra payment and inconvenience caused
