Great stay with very friendly and helpful hosts!

The B&B was located in the Historic centre. Very convenient. Many restaurants and shops just outside the B&B. Easy walk to the beach. Host Andrea and partner are very warm, friendly and caring. They had arranged with Pascal to pick us in a golf cart from the train station and to also help us carry our luggages up to our apartment( many stairs to climb) . On checkout day, Pascal will come and carry our luggages down from our apartment and thereafter send us to the train station. Breakfast was provided at a nearby restaurant with unlimited quantities and the breakfast was good! We maintained communication via WhatsApp and they are very prompt with their reply regarding any issues that we have. We have booked a boat tour and Andrea had arranged for the tour agency to pick us up and drive us back after our tour.

Just be aware of the stairs. Toilet needs more lights.

Best location in Polignano a mare

Dimora Anderi in polignano a mare was the best stay. It was our first time in the city. The location of this apartment is unmatched. it is located at the very heart of the city. Walking to the famous beach and the main square was literally just 3 mins away. Andrea, the host was very communicative from the beginning. Andrea was flexible with our check in time, since we arrived a little late to the city than anticipated. We arrived to the city with our car and Andrea send us the link to different parking locations well ahead of time. Andrea greeted us at the location and he even carried our luggage up till the apartment, which was so kind of him. Andrea welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine. He stayed in touch with us throughout our stay through WhatsApp and enquired if everything was going well. He gave us many recommendations to good restaurants and local beaches which was awesome since we didn't know good spots around the city. The room was very cute. It had two balconies with fantastic views of the church. The room had air-conditioning and also provided housekeeping service daily. The room had bedside charging points on both sides. The bed itself was very very comfortable. it has to be one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in abroad. The shower and the bathroom was very new and clean. There were towels, body wash and soaps available. Checkout was simple and easy. I had forgotten my jacket in the balcony, but Andrea sent it to my address via post and stayed in touch with me actively too. This was much appreciated.

Beautiful room in a beautiful city

Andrei was the most wonderful host - incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was cosy and the private terrace was gorgeous.

Beautiful stay!

The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean! We highly recommend the terrace room if it’s within budget. We spent a lot of time up there eating, drinking, reading, relaxing. The owner was lovely and carried our luggage up and down the stars at check-in and check-out. 10/10 for this stay!

Andrea was magnificent from the moment we arrived. He sent us some great restaurant recommendations, Osteria di Mulluni - definitely up there with one of the best meals i have ever had. The apartment, was clean, comfortable and charming. I will be staying here again in the future.

Here was amazing we stayed in the room with the Terrence and we were blown away. The host was so accommodating and gave us a beautiful bottle of wine. The location is perfect! And have to mention the included breakfast the staff were so lovely and the coffee and food 😍

highly recommend Dimora Anderì for your stay in Polignano and exploring Puglia

clean and comfortable room, slept well, beautiful and relaxing rooftop terrace which we enjoyed daily, able to book adjoining (upstairs and downstairs) rooms for us and our daughter which was SO convenient to have our own rooms. the location was absolutely perfect. right in the center of town. if you have a newly potty trained toddler who needs to stop by your hotel for a quick (clean) potty between each activity of the day, or just to drop off shopping purchases, it was sooo conveniently located. the staff are exceptionally helpful and very quick to respond at all hours of the day. pick up to drive us to our car parking area was also very quick and helpful. the nice guy checking us on insisted on carrying our 50 lb bags plus backpacks all up 4 flights of stairs. extremely helpful and kind.

Happy with our stay, but not perfect as it should have been for the price.

Great location, right in the center of Polignano. The room was a decent size. The terrace was interesting. The staff were helpful while we were there. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant. Secure parking and transport were arranged by the room.

The terrace was nice but most of the view was tv antennas of the other buildings. The tuk tuk to drive us from the parking to the room was over 25minutes late (for the price of the room, panctuality becomes more important) and felt dangerous the way it was riden within traffic. We forgot an item in the room, but then were told that it was not found. Although I understand we visited at the peak of the hot period, I think it was overpriced. Polignano is for instagram only, we found nicer towns further south.

Lovely visit to Bari❤️

This is a lovely room. It is a city room, so don’t expect sprawling spaces, was very adaquate for our needs. We had two balconies, bathroom was lovely too. Linens and toiletries also very good.The breakfast included was located on the piazza, lovely way to start our day. The owner arranged transport for us from the Bari Centrale train station at a very fair price. Andrea, (the owner) takes great pride in his house. He greeted us with a bottle of local wine and snacks for our aperitivo on the balcony. Central to everything in Bari. We had reservation at the Grotta Palanazze, so very convenient. High recommend.

AMAZING.

It was simply AMAZING. We’ve been explained in perfect ways everything, from the breakfast to where to eat. They treated us like king and queen. It is in the centre of Polignano near the most beautiful beaches. I would never thank them enough.

The whole experience was great. The room was exactly as in the pictures and the host was very friendly and helpful. The terrace view was amazing and cozy, while still very close to the city center.

Nice stay

Nice place in the heart of Polignano very close to the beach and the central square. Great breakfast in a nearby bistro with lot of choices of traditional food and not only. Very helpful and kind staff

great place to stay, comfortable with all you need, very friendly helpful host.

lovely room in old house in a great central location, very comfy bed, lovely shower, clean, welcome bottle of wine and water, good heating (very cold while we were there), 2 balconies to choose from, with seating. Andrea (host) came to meet us at the station car park and took us and our luggage as close as we could get, he then pulled our cases all the way and carried them upstairs! He suggested good restaurants and a walk up the coast - all of which we did. Then when leaving he came and collected us and cases and took us back to the car - really friendly great service.

Room was small and access via very steep stairs but we knew about that in advance so not a problem

Excellent, you really feel welcoming and helped if questions

Anderì is an excellent host who made us very welcome, showed the restaurants nearby, and even guided us there :) The best host I have personally met - always within reach and very helpful:) We stayed on the ground floor - it was an excellent modern decorated room with all the facilities and we slept like babies- must have had an amazing aura in this Appartement as often it's difficult for me to sleep in the new places :) Other than that, Perfect location - very close to the amazing Grotta Piana and the Lama Monachile Beach. Nearby nice streets, cafes, and restaurants and all the attractions within walking distance. And we got a bottle of rose for valentines day :) How nice surprise :) Just the perfect place and city for Valentine´s day!
