Wonderful stylish and spacious accommodation in old town

wonderful accomodation right in the old town of Polignano. The apartment is perfectly equipped with lots of attention to detail. Moreover, I found complementary fruit basket and wine. I could check earlier, which was very kind. Tip: park your car near train station for free, 10 minutes walk.

Wonderful place to explore Polignano

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. The owner was very kind and hospitable. There was a lot of food in the fridge for us to use, which we greatly appreciated

Great property, amazing location, fabulous host

Fabulous spacious property in the heart of the old city but not noisy. Cafes and restaurants a couple of streets away and 5 mins to the beach. Everything very clean and well designed. Great breakfast food provided. Amazing roof terrace with views of the sea

Ci tornerei sicuramente !!

Posizione molto centrale, servizio offerto molto piacevole (prodotti vari per colazione sia dolce sia salata; una bottiglia di vino offerta dal proprietario). Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile . La casa è molto grande e confortevole

На террасу надо полниматься по очень крутой и узкой лестнице, но виды оттуда прекрасные

Наличие двух кондиционеров, чистота, хорошее расположение

Не было шампуня для волос и мыла. Заявленные завтраки были дешёвого качества, не оправдали ожиданий

Sono stati 2 GG straordinari

Abbiamo trascorso 3 GG e 2 notti a Polignano anche se il tempo nn è stato bellissimo la posizione comodissima della casa vacanza ci ha permesso di viverci a pieno il centro storico molto caratteristico. Appartamento arredato con gusto e pulitissimo. Cucina attrezzatissima attenti ai minimi particolari. Un grande ringraziamento va al signor Paolo che si è mostrato disponibile a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più bello.

Fabulous location very clean and well looked after.

The close proximity to everything the town offered.

The terrace is a common area on the roof of the building. Very steep stairs to access so really did not use it.

Exceptional. Perfect place, perfect setting.

The apartment went far beyond my expectations. Everything was perfect, and Paolo is a kind and supportive person. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, location, all perfect. The apartment is lovely, very well decorated, with a modern and very well thought kitchen, and Paolo even left food and wine for me to enjoy my stay. I work with tourism and always try the accommodations before recommending to my clients. This will for sure be a top recommendation as it stays in my top 5 stays in Italy, as far as apartments go.

Superb

Charming apartment with a nice roof deck in the centre of the old town. You can't be located more centrally. The apartment is spacious and lovingly outfitted. The breakfast that was provided by the host on request was excellent and generous.

11/10 would book again

This place is AMAZING. Such good value for money, amazing location in the heart of the cute old city, and between two squares with lots of restaurants. The spot is big, with plenty of space, and a nice balcony. There is also space on the roof. The host was great, he picked me up from the train station (noting he doesn't speak fluent English, but communicates well via limited english and google translate), and offered help re day trips.

Amazing, highly recommend

I loved everything. Paolo is a super friendly host and gave me all the information I needed. The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. Right in the center but in a super quiet street. Polignano is an adorable little town. I loved the balcony and the rooftop terrace. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

Perfect apartment for a holiday in Polignano

The location was great and the host Paolo picked us up so we didn't waste time trying to find the apartment. He left fresh fruit, breakfast provisions and a bottle of wine to get us started which was amazing and meant we had to spend very little time stocking up the apartment for the 3 days we were there. Paolo offers transfers and tours at very reasonable rates so worth asking him about this.

Very central, extremely clean

Spotlessly clean apartment. Very central location but nice and quiet at the same time. Would definitely stay here again.

A very nice place in thear of Palignano a Mare

Everything, great host, very comfortable bed and bedding. A very spacious comfortable apartment. Lots of hot water for showering. We were supplied with italian sweets and a savory breakfast that we could cook ourselves that included bacon and eggs, cheese, toast, cereal, and milk. There was also plenty of cafe, no skimping.

Only one minor thing. The aromatic scents that seem to be in most all italian apartments. We just put them on the porch.

Very good

We were travelling with a 1,5 year old baby and got for her a cot for free. That was very good.

Everything was perfect just missing a kettle to make some tea.
