most unfriendly staff at any hotel i've stayed at - it's like we inconvenienced them

Clean, modern, great hotel. Not super central but 10-15 min walking from the center

Lovely spacious, pristinely maintained pool area. The breakfast was a little disappointing for 18 euros.

Comfortable hotel, terrace with sea views

Good location. 5 minutes walk to the port and restaurants. 20 minutes walk to the old town.

The staff we dealt with were awesome. The room was amazing

Avoid hotel! A/C in the room did not function, night checkin staff(guy) was super road and unhelpful. Parking was completely off site and staff unhelpful to direct. Breakfast buffet has flies everywhere
2.5
Great hotel in a nice location
Slightly surprising that breakfast room staff can’t speak or understand any English. Negative to say the least
Reception staff superb!

I recommend this place for short term stays in ajaccio!

We booked this hotel as it said it was a 4* in the centre of the town. We stayed in a classic double room which was very basic and a 3* at best! The hotel was in quite a rundown area on the very edge of ‘centre’. We would not stay here again.

Out of Town location. Very high price for what You get.
They had "Corona breakfast" when we where there which meant no buffet but a tray with a croissant, coffe and juice, some cheese and som fruit if You were lucky. No refills possible.
For the price they charge You can find much better options in Town.

The hotel is well located for a visit to the city. The reception was professional. The room was not as big as we hoped but then we only had one night.

Staff was very nice and the room was fabulous with an excellent view.

Hotel très agréable avec sa piscine, son jacuzzi et sa terrasse panoramique. Le personnel est serviable. Lhôtel nest pas loin du centre ville.

Hotel is about 15-20 min walk from the city centre. Night time there is not much nearby but boats. Hotel has a pool which was OK. Breakfast was ok too. Room was relatively small, but 2 persons will fit in without a problem. Staff was very friendly. Great hotel for a short stay.

We had a nice stay at the Mercure Hotel. Very professional and helpful staff, very spacious and smooth car park in the hotel basement. The only minus might be that the only glasses/cups in the room were made of light plastic and not suitable for either keeping the toothbrushes upwards or for drinking The hotel is located near the ferry port with its restaurants, some hundred meters from the train station. A nice walk to the old town with its many restaurants, or a taxi trip.

The stay we had was nice. The room for two was a bit tiny but clean. The price is quite steep, as everything in Corsica. It's a bit hard to find a parking spot around if you don't book a parking spot with the hotel.

The rooms were perfectly fine, the common areas and appearance of the building were very shabby. The hotel is a few feet from a very busy thoroughfare. Surrounding area was shabby and a bit run down....not a charming area whatsoever.

The hotel was very clean, good air conditioning, good WIFI, close to the train station and about a 20 min walk to the main concentration of bars/restaurants.

I arrived late in the evening and needed desperately to charge my Tesla. The hotel helped me tremendously and I charged in their garage over night. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely hotel, my second stay at this hotel, and this stay was as good as the last.Great location, with bars & restaraunts nearby at the marina. Drinks quite expensive, but in a great location.

Not too far from ferry terminal, but a bit of a walk to the city Centre. Basic facilities in hotel room.

Nice hotel far from the beautiful beaches. By bus number 5 its approximately 30 to 40 minutes ride. 20 to 25 minutes walk to the center of town. Too bad the weather did not go as planned to go for an all day boat ride or enjoy the beach. Spent only one half day on the beach. All other days pouring rain, clouds, dark sky, thunder and lighting. Friendly staff. Too bad at 4pm all the restaurant shut down until after 7 to 8pm then reopens for dinner. This is not the place for the healthy lifestyle Vegans. Vegetarians shall not have a difficult time. At almost anytime You can always find pasteries, breads, coffee and alcohol beverages. All shopping stores shuts down at 7pm Sunday-Saturday. Everything shuts down (Shopping stores and restaurants) Sundays. Only very few restaurants open.

Great view from roof top terrace. Rooms small as per most European hotels. Parking garage on site for 12 euro per day. No minibar/fridge. Grocery store and other breakfast options besides hotel buffet for 14 euro. It's a 6 floor hotel with an elevator (lift

Enjoyed our stay very much, very friendly staff. Had a beautiful view from our room window. Could park the car in the hotel indoor parking for a fee of 12 Euro per day

Would stay in Propriano instead and come visit Ajaccio for the day.

The hotel is a long walk to the centre of the town but there are a number of restaurants fairly near (by the harbour for yachts and motor boats). There are buses into the town centre but they are not very frequent.

Nice hotel at a very central location (near the railway station of Ajaccio). Small, simple but very clean rooms. On the 6th floor there is a beatuful terasse with a beautiful view of the Ajaccio harbor (You can have breakfeast there, or in the evening take a drink). Offers a private parking space

lovely scenery and with weather was good. local supermarket was well stocked, which helped as eating out was very expensive.

Our hotel room faced the back of the hotel so was reasonably quiet although there was no view per se. Since the hotel is on a busy Main Street, I can't comment on the noise level for rooms at the front of the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to the old town (about 2 Kms). At a closer distance is the port area where you can find a good selection of eateries close to the waterfront. The hotel offers a breakfast for an additional cost, but there is also a boulangerie close to the hotel and a grocery store within two blocks. Coffee and tea is supplied and can be made in the room. There is also a small fridge with mini-bar items. Staff are all friendly and helpful making for an enjoyable stay.

The location is ok but 4 stars is too much for this hotel. Renovated, not so bad overall but expected much better. Service is below average as well.
