I started scratching myself, 5mins later felt something crawling on me I look around its bedbugs, I went to the front desk showed them the videos of bedbugs in my bed, I ask them move me in another room, they told me I can get a refund or go back in the same room with the bedbugs🤔remind people it’s 2am where am I supposed to go with no car, I said refund they gave me my security deposit and told me I’ll get a refund in 2-3days, what if I didn’t have money left to afford another room with extra cost fortunately I had a few extra dollars, but I had to walk 9 blocks to get to the next hotel, I spent a extra 30$ after hours, they didn’t accommodate me for having to leave at 2am and pay extra money for a different hotel, they didn’t say sorry or offer any type of compensation for their bedbugs, I couldn’t get the proper rest for work I had to miss work because I was tired, Best western had bedbugs and I had to suffer because of their lack of care, If the other hotel didn’t let me book late for some extra money I would have had to sleep in the lobby possibly stuck outside in the cold or either get in the same bed with the bugs was my options,No accommodations no remorse I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there the customer service was terrible, they need to create a policy for these types of situations, it wasn’t my fault bedbugs were present but ME THE PAYING CUSTOMER HAD TO SUFFER WHICH WAS UNFAIR AND INCONSIDERATE!!!!

I showed up and they had switched my booking completely, and when I talked to the manager Patel he just told me he could refund me and wouldn’t give me any discounts. When I asked him why my room had been switched and I hadn’t been notified he said “I am notifying you now” when I had shown up. By far my worst hotel experience. Besides terrible staff the room was not as clean as I would expect for a hotel such as this.

The first room I was given smelled of smoke as soon as I walked in the door. I asked the front desk to give me a different room. The front desk apologized and immediately gave me a different room.

This happens to be one of the better hotels in the area. The pictures are true pictures. The only amenity I seen was the pool. It was open. If you are a breakfast person, this is not the place for you. Only had pastries, waffle maker to make your own waffles, coffee and juice. My room was on a quiet end of the hotel. I will say, upon entering my room, I had to clean everything. The tub, toilet, counters, chairs. I went and bought pillow and sheet coverings. There was hair everywhere. I also found it odd that to watch tv, you had to connect your tv through the phone. (Roku) So the hassle of downloading the app and making an account just to watch television. The WiFi kept going off.

Just stayed one night while in town. The room was good size and very clean. The front desk was very friendly. Nothing fancy, but very pleased with the price I paid. There is a small indoor pool and breakfast is included.

Rude and “slimy” General Manager. Screwed up our reservation. Wife was traveling alone and was without a room. Claimed they were sold out….still rooms available on line. Glad switched hotels to Country Inn down the street. Avoid these scammers.

I didn’t think about it ahead of time, but the property had no elevator to the second floor so we had to carry our luggage up. It looks like they are refurbishing a lot of the rooms but trim and stuff is not clean.

After I booked this hotel, they sent a message that the elevator was not working, the hot tub was not working, and the pool was closed. I called several times requesting a refund. They refused to refund me and said they could not because I booked through Travelocity/Expedia. But Travelocity told me that it was up to the local hotel. I got the run around from both when I tried to cancel reservation and get a refund!! I am a very unhappy customer!!

We had such an excellent stay at this BW location! The staff at check in and check out were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was also quiet. The breakfast was excellent and very fresh with lots of choices for everyone in the family. We have no complaints and would be happy to stay here again in the future should we come through town again, Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience BW Airport Inn!
