Location, offered a first floor king, decent breakfast, great staff. I liked everything except one important item. See next question
The room had a very strong and overpowering order of old musk. Strong. Gross.

The Suites and Location
Parking was great
No replacement Batteries for the TV remote.
Advertises it was just remodeled. Stains on the carpet. Lamps stopped working. A battery was missing from one remote. Pieces of trim and tub were peeling. Locks on entryway were not operating. Employees refused to provide fresh food because of the time. Most food had been picked over because of a bus load of migrant workers. No pressure in the showers. Hot and Cold were backwards.

Overall was a good stay.

I liked when I wasn’t charged $150 for a pet I didn’t have.
My mother stayed here for five days. Upon check out she was charged a $150 pet fee for a “cat”. There is no cat. My mom doesn’t even have a cat at home in Colorado. Supposedly, the housekeeper has pictures of the alleged cat. I asked three different people to send the pictures of this cat to my e-mail. The first woman hung up on me 3x after telling me we’d have to wait FIVE days to speak to a manager. You mean, the people there had the authority to charge a pet fee for an imaginary pet, but they don’t have the authority to discuss the situation or send pictures of “evidence” to an e-mail address. How did housekeeping clean her room 2x while she was there, but not see a cat until she checked out? You think she adopted a cat while on vacation, snuck it into her hotel room, hid the litter box AND the cat anytime she was gone, then left the cat there for housekeeping to see? This can’t be real? I’m convinced this is some sort of scam the hotel is running. All we wanted was a safe place for my mom to sleep while she visited the area. Scamming a new widower is really low. I definitely won’t let this one rest after all that she’s been through. I’m not going to let her be bullied into paying a fee for something she didn’t do. Stay FAR away from this place. You never know when you’ll become a “cat owner”.

Location was good for our trip, breakfast was okay.
Our first room that was given to us smelled like someone just smoked in the room. We were able to get another room, this one smelled better. But the bathroom seemed like it had mold on the ceiling of the shower. Things were rusty and and not updated. Except the floors seemed updated but were sticky. The bed was a little bumpy but for a one nights stay it was okay.

The room was clean but stay in the room was fine , was clean , no complaints about that , but i did have to take my laptop down to the front desk at 5 am to have the new clerk help me get on to the free wifi which kicked me off at 11 am while still on my video conference with my company . They rebooted the system and did not disclose to me that this would happen even though i told the man that i needed to be on this call at 10:45 am that morning.
room was clean is the only good thing i can say about this property

Very clean and close by the hotel which made for fast and easy departure.
The fact that I didn't bring my girlfriend and laid in bed thinking about her most of the night while my son was snoring.

Staff, nice entrance and breakfast situation. Allowed late checkout.
Doors coming into side entrance were broken, opened without key cards, shower head was broken. Had to ask for office chair.

good location
was really cold in the room

Good
waffle machine was broken. Rooms were clean and so was the rest of the building. The hallways looked tired

Room was the cleanest and nicest we have had for quite a while. Even warm breakfast, and a stopper in the tub. Excuses for poor service and dirty rooms have been numerous.
Tub had a extremely rough bottom. No extra towels, only coffee but 2 cups. Usual noise from late commers and early risers.

Well cBreakfast adequate and area was clean and well stocked. Location clean and well cared for.
Nothing

Was charged an extra 100 dollars for incidentals. Would not have booked this hotel had I known of the charge.
Room was not what I booked. Asked for a handicapped accessible room, (queen) got a full size bed on the 2nd floor.

Clean. Everything worked. Great water temp and pressure.
was clean but had cosmetic oddities. Just an older hotel trying really hard to be new again

Staff at front desk was friendly. Felt safe. And breakfast was good
The bed was extremely uncomfortable
3.4
The only problem I had was with the key entry to the room ..... I learned after the second night my "Key Card" was only programed for one night not my 3 night stay ...... I understand the concept but I should have been told this upfront that I had to obtain a new key card every day or program mine for my 3 night stay

Toilet didn't work. Staff was rude. Odd smell when entering room.
