the place was good didnt have an issue with it. the only thing i didnt like much was the lack of various options in breakfast. I think it was a too simple. If i had to come back near by i would still stay here again, rooms were great. I did like the plenty space to park.

I arrived with having booked a roll in shower to ensure my deficits did not cause an accident. To my dismay, I had a tub with rails and not a roll in. I booked my stay via Hotel.com. You need to update for ADA accessible options needed by individuals in my situation. I want to suggest that the venue add two more roll in showers. As well, I would suggest shower stalls so that you have more accessible for clients that would prefer a stall as opposed to a tub. I was advised that had been though a renovation. For Addison TX, I would have to say that this facility needs more work with a higher caliber of work force. the boot strap budget did not do the property justice. It looks like lipstick was applied to the pig. I finance this type of situation. This is a C- property that should be an A-minus property.

Hotel is nice, comfortable with a good breakfast. After traveling 13 hours, I arrived at this hotel to checkin Friday night. The lady at the desk, Lilly, obviously didn't want to be there. Her personal phone call was on speaker, and she didn't greet me or give me eye contact for several moments. Though I was standing directly in front of her, I was ignored, so I told her my name and that I had an online reservation. There was a glitch in my reservation, and instead of trying to help, her attitude became very harsh, and she didn't care if I stayed or not. After paying for my room, she handed me the room key. As I reach for the keys, she verbalizes my room number. I am a female traveling alone on business AND SHE LETS EVERYONE KNOW MY ROOM NUMBER!! I could not believe it, and I told her that was unsafe and very unprofessional to let everyone hear the room number of any guest. She became angry at my comment, so I recorded a video of her with my phone. She tried to swipe my water bottle and purse off the counter and told me I was bullying her. I asked to speak to her manager, and she harshly told me I could talk with her on Tuesday when the manger would be back at the hotel location. Lilly was on duty the next night. I apologized to her and said I was tired beyond tired when I checked in and if she took my exhaustion for being mean, I apologized. "I've been in PR for many years, and I know how people are" was her reply. I won't return. There are other choices with No Lilly

It was nice and peaceful. The Lobby was clean and smell fresh. The outside patio/pool area was clean. The elevator was hot inside and made noises which kind of startled me. Breakfast the usually. Rooms was decent and clean,need a dresser draw to put clothes. Overall it was Nice.

1. No cleaning of your room unless you call for service or when you check out. 2. Breakfast is like serving homeless people. Juice was watered down. 3. 1st room had a smell with black mold in the bathroom, requested for a change which took hours. 4. Dinning room was not tidy, food on the chairs or table. You had to clean yourself. 5. Feels unsafe in the evening in the property. Only good thing is- Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Will never stay here again.

Upon walking into the lobby area and looking out at patio pool area, I said to my group now this is a nice hotel. I actually had canceled my reservation at another property in the area due to the fact their pool was under maintenance so I called your property and was told the pool was open. While checking in I ask receptionist the pool is open right because I didn’t see anyone using the pool she said no I said I just call and whomever answer the phone said it was open, so she said let me check and I’ll get back to you, she never got back with me but I was awaken the noise of people in the next morning. So the kids did get to use the pool 1 day of our stay. Proceeding to the rooms it gets bad the carpet leading to elevator was dirty to the point it needs to be ripped out and replace because it smells and stained so badly, reach elevator it has a smell, walk into room carpet in the same condition and smells bad in the room. Stain on bathroom floor and hair on floor, tub grout needs to be treated with whitening because it looks dirty, stain on bed sheet on 1 of the bed, I have small kids in my group, so first we can’t keep them entertain by going to pool they can’t play in the room on the floor because it nasty. I would’ve canceled the room but I had a reservation at a spa near and didn’t have time to start looking for another hotel. I guess you get what you pay for 2 rooms for 2 nights for under $400 and it’s a Laquinta what was I thinking.

Stayed here many times. When we checked in the clerk staff was there friendly. Do to a car accident I was in need for and additional room for my son in-law. Called the office and a different clerk was not as helpful or friendly, almost like she didn’t want to be there.

I stay here when working and have enjoyed my stay most the time. They have recently been renovating and that was very inconvenient due to all the dust that filled the hotel. Since then I do believe it is better and back to normal.

Pretty disappointed in our stay overall. When we first walked in, it smelled good and at first glanced looked super nice. but room is bad i was going to to stay more but i end up stay only one day.... unfortunately i left my cloths there i call and talk to staff member they said they found my cloth i told them i will stop by and get it when i go the next day they say they don't have my cloth really very inconvenience stuff not willing to talk. We checked in and My daughter after we came back from the mall noticed that there was a bug next to the wall on the floor. I have never seen a cockroach so big in my life I asked for somebody to come get this thing out of my room they offered to change me rooms, I had already paid for the hotel, so I was kind of stuck. I will never stay in a roach motel again it was disgusting. I think they actually have people that actually live in this place and what they are going to have to do is basically gut the whole hotel on the inside down to the studs to get rid of the roaches , that’s how infested it is you can make it look pretty and everything else on the outside but the bugs are still gonna be there on the inside until they clean it out utterly disgusting. Do not stay at this roach motel.
