The staff was fantastic and very helpful.

There was a weird smell at first in the room and bathroom… it did go away. Also, we didn’t leave until 12:45PM Saturday, but had expected maid Service and that didn’t happen. Possibly that was our fault, but we did pass the maid and she was very nice. She was cleaning the room next to ours. It all worked out.. we got extra towel. Everyone was nice.

Initially, I was supposed to stay at a Courtyard Marriott…A friend booked for me while I was having phone difficulties, she accidentally booked the wrong night so I paid a small fee to rebook, however when I got to the hotel … soaking wet… after dragging my luggage through the rain, and waiting 10 minutes because they were ‘short staffed’ … they refused to honor my new reservation, and told me I needed to cancel, then re-book. I decided wasn’t doing anything other than cancel.. then drove 2 blocks down to Holiday Inn Express after booking. Unfortunately, I booked right at midnight and it bumped me to the following morning for check in. I didn’t discover this until I got there, but instead of rudely turning me away, the 2 *very handsome* gentlemen and the woman they were very patiently training went out of their way to not only honor my room for the time I arrived… they upgraded me at no charge because of my poor experience at the Courtyard Marriott... and probably soaking welt clothes/luggage. 🤣 I couldn’t have gotten a better nights sleep. Someone there is a professional snacker, they had a pretty good variety of sweet/salty/sour treats! I will never stay anywhere else if the need arises again! Thank you again Holiday Inn Express - Landmark Blvd / Addison, Texas Sincerely… a previously exhausted and frustrated nurse/dancer/fitness instructor/model - explains the photo… 🤣 whom had been teaching and working all day, and was OVER IT ALL. 😍💙

It’s a newer hotel in a good location

There was loud music on till 2am from some other room or some place nearby, so I didn’t get a good night sleep. Also bed sheets were stained and someone’s hair in the shower :(

It was nice for the weekend, but won’t be booking here again. Disappointed in the cleanliness.

the location of the hotel is perfect. a great location that is to too far from anything.

the cleanliness of our room could’ve been much better. There was hair found in every towel and wash cloth that we were provided with. The little couch/loveseat in our room was covered with white stains and looks like it needs to be disposed of immediately.

Exceptional

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was. I know how housekeeping typically cleans only the areas people see or touches the most, but I go back and clean it myself. I went through that room with disinfectant wipes and did not have hardly anything on it. This is the first time this has happened. The beds were comfortable. Facilities were modern and updated. This by far exceeded my expectations.

Overall our experience was good.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Every morning we were greeted upon entering the breakfast area.

The air conditioner made very loud noises all week. The toilet wouldn’t flush. They sent the maintenance man in to fix it while we were gone. He fixed it for the time being. Then later that night it broke again and maintenance was off for the weekend. The nice lady at the counter did offer us another room for the night but unfortunately it wasn’t worth packing all of our stuff up and moving on our last night there.

Would stay here again.

Room was beautiful and breakfast tasted great & had several options to partake of. Receptionist desk workers were all very kind. Great location. Love that they have a pool and gym but did not experience using either on this trip.

The locks on our bathroom and hotel room door were broken, so anyone could have snuck in our room. The water pressure in the shower was low. The mini fridge wasn't keeping our items cold.

The breakfast was continental. There were a lot of hot options, as well as cold options. There were options for individuals who are not meat eaters as well. The juice was also refreshing.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. It exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was good. Nothing out of the expectation of breakfast at a hotel. Location was great. It's walking distance from a lot of great places to eat.

Honestly, this hotel was fantastic. I normally stay at the Hilton Home 2 across the street. I'm so glad they were booked. I got the opportunity to stay at the HI. It was a great stay.

Breakfast was good except for Monday the girl deja who was a customer service representative was very nice and friendly and helpfu

I didn't like the untidiness and we had to keep asking for tiles and asking them to clean our room. I feel like the floors should be mop and sweat And some of the towels were not clean the water was hard and the towels were hard on your body.
