Comfortable, contemporary homes with coastal vibe. Stunning views, from almost everywhere on the property— indoors and out. 270-degree ocean views and nestled in the beautiful mountain with views in the other direction. Resort-quality heated pool (47 foot) + hot tub overlooking the ocean. Custom stone terraces and luxe outdoor furniture. Indoor-outdoor living at its best. Perfect for stargazing at night, watching the sunset disappear over the Pacific (views clear out to the Channel Islands on most days) or taking in the fresh mountain air by the warmth of the fire pit. It’s a return to nature that’s simply hard to find, in the area. The two guest houses, completely open up to the outdoors with giant sliding glass Nano doors, allowing you to live seamlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces. You’ll have access to the two completely renovated guests houses positioned intimately around the estate’s pool. This property is perfect for a romantic getaway, a couples retreat or for families with kids, who can explore the landscaped grounds or walk the path around the property. One guest house has a king bed. The other guest house has one queen bed, and bunk beds - two full beds in a loft bunkbed setup. All furniture, linens and towels are new as of (9/23) from quality vendors. This home is gated, on a prestigious street surrounded by larger estates. Very rare to find these views and this kind of solitude in the Montecito / Santa Barbara area. Most homes are near the freeway, within ear shot of the train or close to neighbors. Private and peaceful as it gets. 5-7 minutes to the Miramar Beach and The Rosewood Miramar Resort Minutes to Montecito’s upscale dining options— Lucky’s, Honor Bar & San Ysidro Ranch —plus cafes, breakfast spots like Jeanine’s, Merci and the lower Village boutique shopping district. To the other side, it’s a few minutes to relaxed Summerland for relaxed beachy restaurants, upscale home goods stores, antique shopping. Some of the best hiking and biking trails in the area can be accessed behind the property, minutes away, within walking distance. Amazing property and grounds with inviting pool and stunning views. Enjoyed cheese & fruit board and Chardonnay waiting for us upon arrival. Tons of room for the 7 of us. Plenty of towels, paper products, shampoo etc make your stay very comfortable. Host and property manager responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Spent a week with family at this property in Montecito. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area is really well done. The house allowed people to have their own space as it is really divided into three separate units. Minor constructive comments would be that it is very bright with no blackout shades and in one unit no shades at all. And then given the beautiful grounds, you are bound to have some insect and critter lizard issues here and there. But overall it was a great stay and the best thing might be that they didn’t tell us to pay a cleaning fee but then spend an hour cleaning before we left. Refreshing for once with a vacation rental. Would stay again!

All three properties were amazing!!!! Best part was the view!!!!! Breathtaking, just breathtaking!!!! Waking up to it each morning was mentally healing!!!! Definitely would book it again!!!!

This is a totally unique location, sitting on the hillside with wonderful views of the ocean but little perception of any other houses in the neighborhood. There are many little things that are missing and some odd quirks (no towel racks or coat racks, wi-fi a little inconsistent in the main house, shower door missing in the 'gym', but those things are more than made up for by the outstanding bedding, towels, and lighting. The owners don't note it online but the birds are absolutely wonderful on the hillside (15-20 species every morning). The pool and spa is great, beyond expectations. We loved it!

This property has the potential to be amazing, but fell a bit short, Non working blinds in master bathroom as well as a few spiders and no blow dryer. Second bedroom in main house lacked a blind on the patio door. Guest house has a glass ceiling with no light blocking. Full moon acted as a spotlight and had to move heads to foot of bed. If you need to sleep, a sleep mask would be helpful. Stove knobs are difficult to see. TV with AppleTV in guest house would not operate correctly and had to move device to main house where lack of blinds made viewing difficult. Garbage cans were mostly full when we arrived with 4 people for 6 nights. Pool house does not have proper locks and my daughter was afraid to sleep in there. Dog hair on several couches and fireplace in main house did not work. The home description says fireplace in main house. Outdoor couches never dried and had several stains. Would be very helpful to have some form of instruction book for this home as remotes and light switches took quite a bit of time to figure out. For the cost of this property, I would fully expect every bathroom to have a blow dryer. The VIEWS are spectacular and most parts of this home are quite impressive. We did love our time there, but again, for the price, I just expect more. Little things matter when the cost is high. Would highly recommend sleep masks for future guests.

We enjoyed our stay in Montecito, the guest houses were just right for a couple and a small dog. The main house from what we saw was also fabulous. Location has beautiful views and a great pool area. You definitely feel like a star. Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is even better than the pictures indicate. Main house with excellent outdoor space, a great kitchen and killer views, then two cool pool houses each with their own sleeping areas around a fantastic pool. Communication was great, and John the caretaker was superb. Could not recommend more highly.

The estate met all of our groups needs. The owners were always available if needed. The property is extremely private and offers many areas to entertain your group or just relax with all the amazing views. Great hiking trails nearby as well. The property has everything you need for a small group or larger group. Truly a one of a kind and extremely unique property to be able to access via VRBO (there is really no other listing like it in the area). Enjoy it!

Beautiful home with an amazing perch overlooking Montecito and the Pacific Ocean. Separate quarters for friends and family, with many gathering areas. The location was ideal. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We loved the drive up to the property through the many gated estates that surround the property. The house was well kept, and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Owners were very responsive….Will be back and stay again.

Few pros, many cons unfortunately: - The home was quite unsanitary: we found well over 30 deadbugs, flies and cobwebs across most interior surfaces. - The guest homes had spiders of varying species hanging from the ceiling over the beds. Guests were bitten while sleeping. - The door handle to the main home's front entry was unsecured and fell apart over the course of our stay making our valuables unprotected while away. It was resolved. That said, 3 other windows in the mainhome were missing a latching mechanism leaving ourselves and our belongings quite vulnerable. - 2 of the 4 burners on the stove were inoperable and didn't light - The shower in the master bath rendered scalding hot water only and could not be adjusted. No cold water was available. - The jets on hot tub were inoperable - The pool was accessible until the 3rd full day of a 4-night stay. Many issues still largely unresolved. Bottom line, there is an infestation problem. VRBO confirmed that this home is now under investigation with the health and safety team. A home of this magnitude, at this price point requires keen attention to detail.The large scale dust and debris was a major failure on this point. We agreed to a 1/2 day credit given the circumstances - the host, unfortunately, did not honor their commitment. For travelers: Take 10 more minutes of searching and you will certainly find other homes available. Its worth the effort! This home is not worth the stay in it's current state.

My family and I enjoyed 10 fantastic days in this property with a large pool, well placed hot tub and sweeping views of the ocean and mountains. Guest houses provide ample space and separation for larger family or friends. Buena Vista Trail is close by and provides sweeping views of the whole area and is a manageable hike for families. It was a great vacation!

We had such a great stay at this property. The property is the perfect location, just minutes from the upper village stores where you have all the necessary shops (+some!) as well as a short trip down the hill to Coast Village.. central to the luxuries of Montecito, shops and dining options while providing absolute the peaceful serenity of being on the hill above all the commotion. The owners are hands on and extremely responsive, in addition to being kind and concious of the guests privacy. The hiking trail system that is Aprox 300 feet from the gated driveway provides you with what seems like an endless, well maintained trail system. We originally planned for a few night stay, which quickly turned into a couple weeks stay! Can’t wait to get back.

This an exceptional property. Anyone looking to get away from it all, this is the place. The location being up in the hills with a 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean and California countryside is unbelievable. You have absolute privacy surrounded by two and a half acres of natural beauty and yet only 12 minutes from Montecito’s upper village with all the shops and restaurants. The grounds surrounding the home are that of any exclusive resort. The only problem with this property is that you have to leave and go home. We are already planning a return trip with the whole family. This is a bargain for what there is to enjoy. The owners are super nice and very accommodating to answer questions or to assist. Get packed!!!
