LOCATION
It’s in jungle like settings so BUGS, ANTS, MOSQUITOS or Flying insects and critters are to be expected.
We don’t want you to get eaten alive by mosquitoes so we highly recommend you to always close the doors and make sure to bring bugs spray.
GECKOS/LIZARDS are also expected they like to eat the bugs and sometimes you might hear them at night. So if you're not ready to experience them, then this place is not for you.
HANA HIGHWAY
The hana highway is a very tricky road to drive, if you’re an inexperienced driver you might find it intimidating. Make sure you do more research about it before visiting Hana.
Always pull over to the locals, drive with caution and don’t over speed.
STORES
Hana Ranch Store & Hasegawa Store - they are a mile from our place, both store have plenty options of groceries and beverages.
FARMER’S MARKET DAY
If you like to try local vegetable, fruits, bread, juices etc you are welcome to check out the Farmer’s Market every Friday from 3pm-5pm.

I really like the location to Hana and the room very clean and organized. Also the bathroom was beautiful.

Location was great, tucked in the jungle type feeling and place was clean. Sheer curtains did not bother us since unit #1 is away from steps up to second floor. Nice to have some tea and coffee available as well as bug spray, much needed. Would have been nice to have a choice of different pillows since the only ones there were really thick. Overall place is recommended and would return on next trip out to Hana!

Beautiful condo in the jungle.
Private peaceful close to town but not too close. The listing says laundry but that is not available. This is newly constructed and it’s probably not more than five years old. Everything is in really beautiful condition and really well-built.
Haven’t been to Hana since the 80s and it is so beautiful there, all the different beaches, great food very lush, jungle vibe

We had a great time. Place was clean and quiet. No hassles.

They stay was nice the room was clean and nice. The hardest part is that there was no internet service no satellite. So we had a hard time finding where to go or a place where we could contact the owners. We stopped at a local store. They told us that we could go to some local ball fields to get internet.

The pictures are accurate. It was very clean. Plenty of space to park. Hot water. Quiet. Felt safe. No problems. Perfect spot for us.

Just as described, cosy little room, with a decent sized bathroom & space for a small refrigerator & microwave. A nice lanai on one side (we did not use it) & a front patio where you can sit out as well. Very private & nestled amongst greenery. We just stayed the night, so did not get to enjoy the location fully as much as we would have otherwise.

Wonderful place to stay. Room was clean. Area was quiet

Property located in a middle of the jungle. Vey unusual experience.

Lovely tropical setting, beautiful shower, easy access to car but would have loved some extras like paper towels and kleenex. Did not like cleaning dishes in bathroom sink. Freezer needed defrosting, not usable. Overall, a nice place in Hana.

Check in was very quick and easy. The place was ready even though we came a tiny bit early.
Very clean and comfortable place. Loved the new bathroom. The outlook is very beautiful! Couldn’t find any information about wifi but once we figured it out wifi was a little slow but still enough to stream a tv show from Netflix. I am a tea drinker so a kettle would have made the place perfect!

Isolated but close to Hana. Perfect place to crash for the night and re-group. Nice and clean and fresh

Nothing fancy, just the essentials well done.

Very nice property. Would have been helpful if you had some games, cards, or books since there is no tv. Also, no internet code provided for satellite WiFi.

This was a beautiful place and I wish we could have spent more time there.

After a hectic 8 days of travel, this place offered a respite. We got in about 4:00 pm and lingered a bit in the morning. We enjoyed food truck dinners on the porch and coffee on the lanai. The WiFi access was more than adequate, and we relaxed to the jungle and ocean “music.” The place was easy to find and access. We would definitely stay again. Thanks, Marcus!

Quiet place to stay unplugged.

The stay was good for a night to recharge after driving the Road to Hana. The room was clean and had a nice shower. There was also no TV in the room or board games, so you might want to consider bringing some form of entertainment for yourself if you plan to stay a while. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

Charming and quiet. Walking to some local places. Easy market shopping nearby. No TV needed. Good Wi-Fi.

We loved it! Very comfortable. Loved that we could sit outside on the covered deck while it rained. Convenient location. Thank you!

The property was a total surprise to us. A good surprise. We felt like we were in the middle of the rainforest. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and the owner immediately upgraded us to the top floor. The views were amazing. The property is well built. There is no ac which some people may not like. I was fine, my other half sweated all night. There is no tv but we were fine with that also. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely recommend this place and would certainly stay there again.

Clean, great location, represented accurately in listing- would recommend!

This place was perfect for our overnight stay in Hana. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was newly renovated. Make sure you drive slowly when approaching the address, so you won't miss the driveway leading to the house. This is a nice place for a short stay when you are in Hana.

We spent 2 nights in Hana. This unit was clean, private and centrally located. We were surrounded by fruit trees and a lush tropical setting. Nice place relax after a day of exploring. The bathroom was recently updated and clean.

A perfect little bungalow for an affordable overnight stay in Hana. No frills, no A/C, no TV, just a comfortable bed to rest your bones in after a day of driving, hiking, and exploration. Very clean. The ceiling fan over the bed was wonderful. Loved the nice shower and shampoo, etc that was provided. Keurig coffeemaker and provided k-cups were a godsend in the am. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect little place to stay for a night in Hana. Very clean, looks nicer in real life than in photos! Other reviews mentioned bugs and everything closing early. Bugs weren’t bad at all and we had a late dinner at the Hana Ranch restaurant! I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at this property in Hana. Hana is our favorite part of the island and this home did not disappoint. The view from the lanai was beautiful. Directions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay again when in Hana. Thank you

The property is pretty much as advertised. Not fancy, but in Hana. The rain forest setting was very cool, but the mosquitoes make it hard to enjoy (maybe screening in the porch areas would help).
10.0
It was as advertised, nothing fancy but a reasonable price for a stay in Hana. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location. Loved listening to the birds, frogs, rain, and waves at night. Comfortable for two. A little difficult to do dishes in the teeny bathroom sink, otherwise was perfect for our needs.
When they tell you the road to Hana is tricky, they aren’t kidding. Don’t be like all the other tourists, drive slowly, safely, and bone up on the definition of “yield” and you’ll be fine.

Wonderful sunrise view and the stars were incredible. Good location, easy to find and check in. Very nice experience in a tropical rain forest.

This was a great place to rest after a few long days exploring Hana. The bed was comfortable, and the suite was very clean. The bathroom was beautiful and the place looked like it had been recently renovated. It provided everything we needed for a short stay. I would recommend staying here for an affordable stay in Hana. The only thing to keep in mind is everything in town closes early (most things by 5pm) so make sure you have a plan for dinner!

I like the property and cleanliness. But there were few lizards on entrance door.

Great unit, seems like it was updated recently! Markus and Irish were extremely responsive and we were pleasantly surprised. Mahalo for the great accommodations, made our Hana Highway tour that much easier!
