We were there only for Thursday and Friday nights, spending the weekend down the road at Virginia International. This home worked great for us to crash those nights and had a well equipped kitchen so we could knock together breakfast (and coffee!) before heading out early in the mornings. Close to several interesting restaurants as well!

Great place to land! We came for a mountain bike race. Loved chilling on the back porch in the evening! Easy access to Anglers Ridge and restaurants/shopping. Very well stocked (tools) kitchen for cooking.

Our family stayed at Marshall House for our daughter’s graduation. It was perfect to accommodate our family. Everyone was comfortable, we all felt at home.
Rebecca was lovely and helped this new to VRBO every step of the way.

This place is perfect! Very welcoming from start to finish. Plenty of room for all of us to stay and hang out comfortably. Owner responds so quick for questions. Will stay here again if we are in Danville! Thank you!

My niece was getting married and we wanted to stay in a house not a motel. The Marshall Terrace house felt more like home. Beautiful home on a quiet street. If you are looking for a place to stay in Danville, please stay here. Rebecca was super nice.

It was perfect for the 7 of us. It was a central location for us to meet. The house was exactly as described. We loved having the deck to sit on in the evening . The living room was comfortable for all of us to sit.
We were pleasantly surprised to have an icemaker that kept us with ice. The kitchen was big and we were able to move around with ease. The towels that were provided were awesome. Big and fluffy. My husband has a bad back and the king mattress was perfect for him.
The owner was prompt in answering all my questions. That was most important.
Our family will definitely go back.

Nice property with a full/updated kitchen. Mostly street parking with narrow driveway, mix of housing in this area - mostly older homes, some duplex, some apartment - neighbors were all nice. Home owners were great - quick to respond when a wind storm knocked out power to the entire neighborhood. Back yard is a bit overgrown and not really usable. No Laundry ...

We stayed in this home over the weekend and had a great experience. The host was very responsive when I had questions. The home was roomy even with 5 adults. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch drinking our morning coffee. The location is very convenient to downtown. If you are coming to Danville, I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

Great house. Love the modern updates. Enough room for group of 7 adults. Only negative is, others on street park in front of property so once had to park a few houses down Hesitant to park in driveway because concerned may get blocked in.

This Property was in a Great location. Very Quiet.
Very pleased with how clean it was.
Everything we needed to be 5 1/2 hrs from home.
Only Downside is there is no washer and dryer.
Would have been more convenient when traveling.
Overall Beautiful Home, very Homie feeling.
Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful historic home, very clean. The only thing I was missing was access to the laundry facilities. The host was accessible and stayed in contact throughout our stay. I would definitely rent from her again but not this location. Did not feel it was a family friendly neighborhood, cops were at the neighbors house daily, in this neighborhood everyone parks on the streets even in front of homes that aren’t theirs which makes parking very difficult for larger trucks and SUVs even with the private driveway as they parked up to the driveway on both sides and across from the driveway.
