We were at the cottage long, mostly just to sleep as we had a friend’s wedding. Everything we needed was there, beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home.

This home was great! Although we only stayed one night we were very pleased. We arrived in the evening and departed the next morning at check out. Will definitely stay here in the future when in the area on business.

Me and a friend came to Danville for an event at the raceway. This home seemed perfect for us! And it was!! Checkin was easy and accurate. The listing was spot on. Check out was also easy and accurate (while I do appreciate a VRBO that doesn't require debedding and taking out trash, it was disclosed in the listing and the check out procedures here are EASY!). The property owner/manager has amazing and timely communication. But let me tell you the best part... The beds! I've stayed in more hotels and VRBO's than I care to admit and the beds here may be the most comfy I've ever had in a rental. Everything appears clean and organized. I did notice that someone mentioned the yard needing to be better kept up in a previous review and that is true again here, but it's by no means unmanageable. And, if I'm honest, outside of walking out back of the house one time, I would have never known the grass was just past my ankles. Aside from that, if you're looking at this listing I'd 100% recommend booking it if it suits your needs/wants. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed ours.

It was a great place to stay, the only thing wrong was the lawn was not picked up or mowed, sticks all over the lawn and it was very shaggy, should have been mowed.

This house was perfect. The remodels done to enjoy this home were great. Nice sitting areas. Great lay out. Easy access and location of amenities. Highly recommend! We had everything we could possibly need. All the way down to the keurig!

We enjoyed a short stay at this cute cottage while attending a weekend event. The house was nicely clean and the beds were comfortable. Host thoughtfully provided necessities like shampoo/conditioner/body wash for the shower and COFFEE pods for the Keurig.

This house was in a great location, accessible and where we needed to be. It was not as clean as we had hoped and smelled like cigarettes and marijuana which made it difficult to sleep. The listing advertises that it sleeps 8 but the 7th and 8th people have to sleep on a couch and a love seat.

We stayed at Cozy Red Door Cottage on our drive to South Carolina. It was a great place for our family and 2 dogs to spend the night - it had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable! The beds were wonderful. The owner was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying here!
