We stayed here for the first time and the staff was absolutely wonderful The room was clean they inspect before you even stay to make sure it is clean anytime we need it anything they were very helpful we would stay here again with no problem at all

Strong bad smell, clogged sink, pricey for it’s condition, rundown, I won’t recommend it, and wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location toward the end of the strip to avoid some of the craziness of Pidgeon Forge. It's been so long since I have been to Pidgeon Forge that I was surprised at the similarities to I-Drive Orlando or Vegas. Not my cup of tea, but the hotel was great and the office manager was super friendly

We were put on the 4th floor with no elevator. You're only given 3 flat pillows per bed and the pillow cases were dingy looking. There is no iron to iron your clothes. There was a small gap in the door frame(you could see the outside light through it). Breakfast was danishes and small muffins. They don't clean the rooms every day unless requested(if you're paying full price, you should get full service without asking)

Bathroom should have been cleaned better. It was like pulling teeth to get towels even though the booking was for 4 people. Breakfast was not breakfast it was pastries and juice or nasty coffee. Good thing Dunkin was next door though. Door had a hard time locking it. Over all wasn't horrible but wasn't the greatest. I could have went to a different hotel got it $30 cheaper a night and had the same type of stay. Did end up checking out a day early cause of the noise and beds weren't all that comfortable.

Had pre-called office confirming reservation and discussed my limit on walking etc. and need for handicap room. Even though this isn't a handicap facility. She was able to put us in Room 112 that had a tub grab bar and the toilet pretty much looked handicap height. Was very grateful for the room we were placed in. We will in the future stay again.

A reasonably priced accommodation for an overnight stay in Pigeon Forge. Overall experience was good. Nice, pleasant staff upon arrival and departure. Coffee, juice, individually wrapped muffins and pastries were available in the early morning hours at front office area. Room seemed clean and AC worked great!

Terrible parking/ not enough breakfast items / need to express how small the pool was and the towels they give you for swimming looked like a hand towel. Some staff could be a little more friendly.

The hotel itself wasn’t to bad, the bed was pretty good. My only big complaints about the place are; 1. The pool is smaller than it seems in the pictures, like deceiving small. 2. The free “breakfast” is actually just a plain bagel, or muffin, and some juice. 3. The old men and women that were staying here at the same time would not stop smoking cigarettes in the elevator, granted that’s not really the hotel’s fault, but it’s still pretty annoying when the first thing you smell when you wake up is cigarettes. The hotel is conveniently placed so getting around isn’t bad, but for the money you would spend here id definitely stay somewhere else.

The white lady that looks like she has a mullet kind of like Joe dirt was so rude. But the Indian lady at night was amazing!!! She was so sweet and helpful. She really should train that white woman how to act. It’s sad. I have a one year old daughter that she spoke to Rudely. And they had roaches

The price is reasonable for this location. The hotel itself is a not particularly nice, low-budget facility with rooms that have some fancy upgrades to make them somewhat more acceptable. The rooms are rather cramped. The floor is uncarpeted and desperately needed cleaning. It was a bit sticky and the tub would be filthy each time I showered because of the floor dirt that transferred to my feet. The people who work the front desk are very friendly and helpful, so that was a plus.

The pool had algri other then that it was a ok place but i wouldn't be stay at super 8 anymore when othey dont have breakfast to make used to have waffles you couldmake or cereal to eat now just fruit and danish
