although it was an ok priced hotel , our unit actually had no heat working and it was freezing, fires alarms went out for an hour non stop ringing & our bathroom water kept leaking when showering. they were doing construction on the street that intersects with the hotel so traffic piled up at busy times .

The heated pool was closed, the breakfast area was shut down for renovations. They had absolutely zero vending machines on any of the six floors. When I checked in, I felt dizzy and lightheaded, but didn't think anything of it once I got to my room. However, about an hour later me and a friend went back to the lobby, and both felt the same way again. The attendant told us it was a chemical they put in their air conditioning system to kill odors. It was so overwhelming, and we felt faint. And as if they needed to be more, our rooms were disgustingly dirty. The windows were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The sink had not been cleaned. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. Cobwebs in the corners. Truly the absolute worst hotel stay I can never remember. Gotta do better folks.

When we first got there the rooms lock was not operating at all and had to have maintenance up but once in the floor was absolutely soaked like a flood had happened in the room. Went down and talked with front desk and he was very kind and moved us immediately the room was much better but there was absolutely not hot water morning or night. The pool area only had the lazy river warm enough to be in the hot tub and pool were a ice box

No soap, bathroom ceiling had mold.The parts of the coffee maker wasn't there but they replaced it. I didn't see any floats for the lazy river so I chose to not use it. Holes in the walls but hotel is under renovation. Stains on comforter. It was quiet though. On the day of checkout. Around 11 am the cleaning lady who couldn't speak English handed me letter I needed to leave the room so she could clean it
I tried to tell her my husband was trying to find the luggage carrier and we will be on our way. Ridiculous

Although they said it was under construction I didn't see one worker or active construction going on. It was not well kept and looked like an incomplete project. The breakfast was not going on because of the construction but we picked this hotel because it said there was breakfast. The pool was supposed to be heated but it was colder than a natural spring. The hot tub was cold as well. They only option was the lazy river for the kids. A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the staff was not at all accommodating or helpful with advising where to go or what to do. They just said it's fine someone was smoking in their room, just go back to your rooms, all while the piercing alarming is going off. I asked for more towels and it says on the back of the door if you need more towels to bring yours to the front desk and they will exchange them. The guy was quite rude saying that's only for after hours and to wait for housekeeping. I advised she didn't come the day before so we needed towels and he reluctantly gave me new towels. Then he told me to find the housekeeping cart on my floor to drop the dirty ones in, so I had to carry an arm full of dirty ones and then another armful of clean ones. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel, the staff was not friendly, the accommodations were not good, and the amenities were falsely advertised.

Have stayed in the hotel, many many times in the past and have always loved it until this time. The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed and the room was just overall nasty and the bathroom above the sink, there was black mold on the ceiling tile. My son slept in his clothes because he was afraid to go to sleep in the bed. I was super disappointed and sad of how bad this hotel has went down.

Park Tower Inn is the worst hotel we have ever been to, we checked out an hour after checking in. The hotel was extremely run down, it is infested with roaches and bed bugs. In one of our rooms, i booked 3 rooms, the toilet seat fell off. The web site pictures are completly bogus, the rooms look nothing like the pictures.

Place seemed pretty rundown. Our room had lights that did not work, no toilet paper holder and toilet was very loose. No maid for 3 days.

This place was under construction, however the rooms are just nasty! The floors made your feet black, blood on the bathroom door and wall. Bed sheets were burned and dirty with stains. Smelled like they were smoking rooms that never got cleaned. Yellow curtains and lamp shades from smoking. Just overall not clean!

Everything was clean beds are comfortable. But this is twice we have stayed here. Last time was at least six years ago. Price is decent. They really need to fix their hotel page and replace their signs in the lobby to reflect that the hot tub isn't working lazy river supposed to be heated its not. And u want to say u have breakfast on the website but when we get there u dont cause its under remodel. People look for that for convenience.

Only one elevator worked in the whole place and it was on the complete opposite side as our room so if we wanted to use the pool we had to go down 6 flights of stairs and back up each time we would leave the room it was miserable they are trying to remodel but they need to let guest know this b4 booking

The stay was great because of the location but the bed was very tough not comfortable at all even the chairs at the dining table was uncomfortable however the location was fabulous right in the middle of all the fun stuff I would give it an over all rating of 4 stars

We stayed. There was not very pleased very outdated said they had a hot tub, a lazy river, a pool. Yeah, they had all those amenities. The hot tub was down. The pool was ice cold very dirty. The lazy river was warm, but no floats was at least an inch of water Around the pool area almost fell none of the doors had secured locks on them

The stay was good had a small mistake on double booking but they was wonderful on the refund . Even with the remodeling that they are doing I would say the hotel and the service was excellent. I will definitely be keeping this hotel in mind for another Tennessee trip

Pictures do not show how bad a facility this place is! I picked pay at location when booked, card was charged before arriving. Room floor was so dirty we had to wear shoes, the bathtub didn’t have a stopper had to use wash cloth to hold water. Had to go request towels there weren’t any really. The curtains did not close for us. We could not find anything to play on the tv for back ground noise to drown out the rooms above or around. Half the power outlets didn’t work. Had to go a block away for coffee. Over all hotel sucked worst ever been to.

Hotel is run down, i understand it having work done, but the carpets need cleaning, elevators were nasty, pool could have used some attention, 1st room was horrible, one bed was broken, 2nd bed was so hard you couldn't lay on it. Was given a new room, bed was a little better but no much, room was dated and needed to be deep cleaned. Ice machine didnt work on 2nd floor.

Where do I begin? The filthy floors, the items left behind by the previous guest including medications on the floor, the busted lights in the bathroom, the toilet paper stuck in the ceiling tiles, or the damp/musty smell? It was however conveniently located.

This was not my kind of hotel. I understand renovation but exposed wiring everywhere is not safe. The pool was dirty and cold hot tub wasn’t even usable. Room was basic nothing special but the bed was beyond worn out. The kind of hotel I do not feel safe at.

I was very disappointed. A friend of mine stayed here years ago and was satisfied. The business is under renovation and had several exposed drywall corners and puddy. There was also a small infestation of stink bugs in my room. There were ZERO of the promised amenities like soap, shampoo and cutlery for our kitchenette.

They had rented room 506 to some kids and they stayed up an was very loud and kept us up all night so we finally got and check out at 530 in morning an told girl at desk about and she didn’t seemed concerned and said nothing

The hotel pictures that are shown online are from MANY years past. The staff was very kind friendly and very helpful. However the property it’s self is in disrepair it is out dated the floors are very worn stained. Our room was to be a king bed with a view of the lights at night. The view was beautiful however I found dirt and debris in the corners the room smelt of smoke possibly because the previous occupants smoked on the balcony. The bed was nice very comfortable clean and made for a great night’s rest. I did have to ask for pillows there was only 3 total. The oddest part was there was just a random bunk bed in the room which affected the entire vibe of the room. Overall it was a bit pricey for the state of the building. It did have signs saying there was remodeling going on but there was NO evidence of that being true. There was one thing that made the weekend stay uncomfortable and that was the fact that the side doors on the ground level had ZERO locks. There was only holes were there should hv been locks for safety. To pay &120.00 a night for a room more was definitely expected. The staff/owners who cleaned and brought pillows were all very kind polite and respectful. If the hotel would have been in the state of the online pictures it would hv been a 5 star review but unfortunately the pictures are VERY old. Probably 15-20 years ago.

Under construction so that is understandable. Pool indoors was cold and hot tub was colder. There were no tubes pictured for floating in lazy river. They had dollar tree bought baby rings. Don't fit adult's. No breakfast served

Only one elevator worked and had to walk to other end of building to our room. The smell of incense was overwhelming. The room was NOTHING like what it showed on web. The pool and hot tub freezing. Pool area looks like a dungeon.
But the staff was nice.

Pictures are not what the rooms are. Exposed wire, non working tv. Mold in room. Missing outlet in the wall, so huge fire risk. Ceiling coming down. We had to change rooms at 12:30 am to a room where the police had to let us in. The outside doors didn't lock after 11 pm. Pool and hot tub didn't work. Lazy river was missing a huge chuck of cement on step so kids cut there foot on it. Definitely reported this to the fire marshal.
