The rooms were accessorised to a high standard and were very comfortable and clean.

Everything! From the moment we arrived, staff were warm, welcoming and friendly.
We were offered a complimentary room upgrade which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise!
Our room was absolutely stunning and decorated beautifully. It was spotless, immaculately clean and had everything you need - hairdryer, towels, and a surplus of toiletries! I’d paid extra in advance for champagne in the room as it was my partners birthday; it was lovely to find this chilling in a bucket of ice with 2 glasses on our arrival!
The bed was incredibly comfortable, we had a wonderful nights sleep! My partner and I kept noting how beautifully furnished and decorated our room was! It was just immaculate.
We had breakfast in the morning and the service and food were both faultless!

The pub with rooms was more than adequate for my wife and I. The evening meal on the Friday was ‘spot on’. Beer was good. Decided not to eat the second night as it was quite quiet, not a bad thing, we just wanted somewhere with a bit of atmosphere. Other than that very pleased with our stay.
Nothing that comes to my mind.

We didn’t have breakfast as we went for a cooked breakfast in the town. The location was easy to find, parking good. And just a short drive to the lovely town of Crickhowell. We did a lovely walk by the river and the weather was great in October.
The staff were wonderful, and the food was extremely good. The restaurant was very busy on Saturday evening but the staff managed the situation well.
The room was beautifully presented, but the space was tight, it would have benefited from an extra mirror to do hair & make up by . And a bench to put a suitcase on.
We found the bed mattress too soft & squishy, but realise that is a personal preference.

Helpful staff - late check in as at wedding locally - Manager helpful with checking into property in the early hours .
Breakfast was very good , tasty and great service.
Minor issue with shower and lighting in bathroom which manager said would attend to post stay.

Ordered a baby bed which was confirmed a month before arrival. The hotel double booked it though, couldn't organise a blanket for sleeping on the floor instead and the answer when we checked out was 'first come first served' (the hotel managers words) - as if a bed for my daughter isn't necessary but a 'nice to have'. Couldn't check out at 8 a.m. as the staff hadn't arrived yet (though we asked the staff on the evening before), and nobody answered on three different telephone numbers, including the emergency number. Worst service ever! And this all for 170£!

The style. The bed was comfy.
The interim/tv was intermittent. The room was small- I’d paid more via this website for the room than the largest room there and wasn’t offered an upgrade despite it being empty.
The staff were all very young and blunt. Customer service was in need of training.
The food was really disappointing- half the advertised dinner menu was missing at dinner- and it was then all fried and greasy. The breakfast was cold and oily. I would have told them directly if they would of bothered to ask.

Location. Cosy room. Luxury. Amazing food. Very friendly staff. Very quiet at night. Very comfortable bed. Parking.
Weak Internet. Impossible to watch Netflix. Cuts out every 2 minutes. Shower power is very weak. Waited 35 minutes for breakfast. But got it free.

Nice cosy room, excellent veggie breakfast, good dinner in pub
Water pressure in shower not very good

The accommodation was refurbished to a very high standard, the rooms were comfortable and warm with everything we could have needed. The food and staff were really great. With delicious vegetarian sausages on the breakfast.
The family room unfortunately is really noisy from the kitchen below. The intermittent dishwasher sounds that were very loud were most prominent and were still being heard at 10.30pm. Rather a challenge to get the children to sleep.

A lovely welcome, beautiful decor and comfortable bed - effortless experience
Another loo roll would have been handy, as there was only a partial one on the holder I am afraid ! luckily I had some tissues !!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond despite the pub being extremely busy. Delicious and good value food, beautiful decor. Much better than expected.
Family suite was brilliant, beautifully done and very comfortable. It is above the kitchen so a little noisy but not a big problem. There was a problem with the hot water but it was sorted out straight away.

Room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Location was excellent too and on that basis we would stay again.
Although the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and vibe (very cosy) the food needs some improvement - happy to elaborate on what direct to hosts if needed.
