Peaceful and comfy with beautiful views!

LOVED staying here! The perfect base for 4 days visiting the Llyn Peninsula. Our room was comfortable, quiet and we loved being so close to the beach - from most parts of the room it felt like being on a boat, because all we could see was the sea. The fridge / tea & coffee area was much used during our trip and we enjoyed Criccieth's cafe, coffee shop and restaurant options - as well as the local chip shop! Can't wait to come back.

Lovely views and very clean

Lovely property that you could tell had been done up recently. Nice and clean and beds were comfy. Beautiful sea view. The hosts were responsive to messages sent as they are not on site. Found a lovely cafe 46 for breakfast and is a must go to.

I didnt like no breakfast option and also not being greeted by the hosts as that people interaction was lacking but this is noted when booking. There were no toiletries when arrived, sent message and said would leave some. An already used bottle of shower gel was placed outside the door. I did have to go and get my own. It went really cold in the night in the room and the instructions state you cannot alter the heating so was cold. I booked as need place in Criccieth. Do feel it was expensive but the room was nice

We had an amazing time, easy check in, spotlessly clean, good amenities (small fridge was really useful) warm modern and great location with fantastic views. Perfect for our weekend away

Unmanned staff, no fan too hot did not sleep on last night , cheap kettle leaked hot water making hot.drinks run out of sugar I perfer manned staff because I am.deaf can't speak on the phone

Pleasant, but impersonal

It was nice to have a good view across the sea. The bathroom had a powerful shower and WC. The welcoming book in the room (which included rules!) had some very useful information that was well thought out. I was able to update the TV channels, though the TV was rather slow to respond to its remote control each time it was switched on/ off. Before I arrived, the proprietor informed me that new curtains would be fitted on the windows this Autumn (2023) as the white roller blinds do not give a very cosy feel. My advice: Check with the proprietor first if you think you are likely to feel cold.

I did not meet any members of staff, so the property felt a bit ghost -like at times. Temperature: Although the room had recently been refurbished with new radiators and a heated towel rail, we were not allowed to switch on the towel rail, because, apparently, it would necessitate heating the whole building. The appliances each had their own thermostats so this seemed a very strange.The room was a bit chilly that week and I wonder if the proprietor might feel a bit short changed by whoever did the plumbing to have provided so limiting a service. Check with the proprietor first if you think you are likely to feel cold.

Amazing hotel, 100% recommend

The property was exceptional. The photos do not do the room or view justice we were taken aback when we arrived. The view was just beautiful and the room was decorated beautifully.

A very cozy guesthouse, and if you drive 20 minutes in any direction along the coast, you can see beautiful beaches.

We really liked this room in the guesthouse. Everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the decor is fresh. The view from the window is wonderful, and you can’t hear the neighbors. The hostess is very pleasant and friendly. We highly recommend this place.

Stunning guesthouse

Where do I start, as soon as I walked in the room I was amazed , everything was absolutely perfect and what a view from the window. I could sit at the window looking at the view all day. The bed was so comfy with beautiful bedding, great amount of furniture and space.the bathroom was outstanding. I just honestly wouldn't charge a thing, apart from me having to leave. I wouldn't hesitate in going back .

Attractively furnished, large room with an amazing sea view. Very clean and fresh. Easy to park and excellent location. Very quiet

Very enjoyable stay in a lovely room with amazing views. Great base for seeing what the area has to offer.

The view from Room 5, absolutely amazing. The modern colour scheme was so clean and bright. All looked brand new.

There was nothing we didn’t like but a minor issue was the water pressure in the tap of the sink in the bathroom. It was just a trickle. No problem with pressure in beautiful shower. A small suggestion would be to provide a small toaster in the room. We felt it was the only thing missing and would have been very helpful for breakfast or late night snack.

A little Welsh Paradise

Excellent location, with stunning views throughout, we were even lucky enough to spend time watching Dolphins whilst enjoying a drink. Excellent shower and room with everything you would need including smart Tv,excellent Wi-Fi and fridge to use. Highly recommended Informative Hosts and extremely helpful

Absolutely beautiful room with amazing view spotlessly clean and everything you need . The view is outstanding and we spent hours watching the whales and seals from the window . Excellent chip shop up the road .parking right outside .definitely worth a visit .

The room, the view..room 3 fabulous. Beds comfy loved we could come and go as we pleased. Instructions clear and lovely welcome pack and visitor info.

Kettle v bad pourer, should be replaced before anyone gets scolded.

A lovely bright and attractive room with fantastic views of the sea. Couldn’t have asked for more, (apart from better weather!) Would definitely recommend.

We were there over a bank holiday and didn’t meet any members of staff, (not that we had any need to.)
