The perfect base to explore south Cornwall, this bright and spacious ground floor apartment, within a modern apartment complex, is close to the historic village port of Charlestown, famous for its tall ships and the backdrop of many films and publications.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is both bright and airy and provides plenty of natural light. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite, whilst bedroom two also boasts a double bed with ample storage space. The family bathroom has both bath and shower. There are wonderful sea views and there is parking for one car and ample spaces for visitors with the complex grounds. Pets are welcome upon request and are subject to a daily charge.
Superbly located to explore the nearby town of St Austell with its many amenities and shops, whilst the pretty port town of Fowey, with its narrow streets and boutique shops lies just to the east. Polperro, long associated with tales of smugglers and wreckers, is a step back in time and is a must visit. Inland, the world renowned Eden Project transports you to a world under huge Biomes, where one can marvel at natural rainforests, rare plant species and much more. Beaches, coves and inlets await, long stretches of golden sand punctuated with ancient and jagged outcrops.
