Baybreeze is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a stunning sea view across the St Austell bay. Situated in Pochin House, a former china clay dry and beautifully restored to provide a charming place to stay. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining room and provides easy access to Charlestown, beautiful Cornish beaches and the world-renowned Eden Project. Whether you want a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled break, Baybreeze is the perfect place to stay.
The Space:
Comfortable and modern bedrooms, one with a super king size bed and ensuite shower room, the other with a zip-link super king size bed that can be separated into two individual beds on request.
Family bathroom with bath and shower.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining area and living room with feature electric fireplace and wall mounted smart TV, Alexa speaker, large L shaped sofa and additional seating area to take in the stunning view across the St Austell bay.
Outside is a communal garden seating area where you can take in the stunning view and some fresh Cornish air.
There is an allocated parking space for the property.
Guest Access:
Well lit parking area, access to and from the apartment via steps from the side of the carpark or the sloping driveway to the front of the building.
Stairs to the apartment within a secure communal entrance door, with 'touch' lighting.
Please always shut the gates and doors to ensure the building stays secure.
Other Things to Note:
Many beautiful beaches and harbours to visit within a 30 minute drive.
Easy access if travelling by train to St Austell train station which just over a mile away from the apartment.
Plenty of local shops and supermarkets nearby.
There is also a nearby leisure centre that offers sports and activities, as well as an indoor swimming pool.
Baybreeze is just a short drive from the historic port of Charlestown and market town of St Austell, which are both filled with a range of pubs and bars, as well as some scrumptious local eateries.
St Austell has a train station on the mainline connecting you easily from London Paddington and to Truro and on down to Penzance. Newquay can also be reached by train via a quick change at nearby Par and even a visit to St Ives is an easy day trip without the parking hassle, just a quick change at St Erth station to head on to St Ives via the stunning coastal journey passing the breath taking Carbis Bay.
St Austell’s central location in Cornwall provides the perfect setting for your next holiday to the Southwest.
