**Brand new pool installed February 2022!**

Bring your boat and the whole crew! This beautiful new build home is nestled in between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach just across the Santa Rosa Sound from the National Seashore! It is located along a quiet street that is away from all the huge crowds, but a short drive to either beach. This home is perfect for your next family vacation or weekend getaway. With a large dock and boat lift in the back yard and a boat ramp less than a mile away, bringing your boat couldn't be easier. Along the side of the large dock there is a small beach that is perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just floating around.

Inside there is plenty of room for everybody and can comfortably sleep 13. On the back of the home, there are two large balconies with amazing water views. One is straight out of the living room and the other is just off the two upstairs bedrooms. The huge, well equipped kitchen features all stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a gas stove.

The house was nice but trash cans was full to the top so we had no were to put trash. We took most of our trash to the gas station down the road. The pool was not clean ,I call the property manager came out then the pool lady. The next day the exterminator show up to do his thing.

We had a great time with our extended family, home is perfect for a relaxed stay with all amenities. The pool facing the sound is great for family fun with lots of pool toys for kids and relaxation for all. The boat pier gives a calming view of stars in the night and sunrise in the morning.The host was super nice promptly responding to all our requests/queries. Beach, water activities, gulf islands National seashore, grocery stores are all at drives ke distance. We would recommend to anyone who wants to have a memorable stay with family.

Our family enjoyed spending time together and relaxing away from the day to day chaos. The pool and the pier were great. The Blue Angels did a flyover the sound one of the afternoons during our stay. It was an awesome thing to see.

The Sea Cow is the perfect vacation home in this area! The view of the Sound with the dock is breath taking! It is so close to multiple beautiful beaches. We went to the beaches early then came back to the Sea Cow for a cool dip in the awesome pool and look at the view. The sunrise and sunset from the dock was truly spectacular! The house was comfortable and met all our needs. At night watching the moon shimmering on the water was beautiful! Will definitely be staying at the Sea Cow again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This place made our family vacation one to remember!! The waterfront and pool were amazing! We loved fishing off the dock and even caught crabs with a line off the shore. The balconies offered the best place for sipping morning coffee and watching the sunrise. Evening sunsets were also a plus from the end of the dock. Neighborhood was quiet, safe and neighbors were very friendly. We would book this rental again for sure and recommend to anyone looking to relax and enjoy your vacation! Kitchen had everything and the charcoal grill was big enough to cook for 9 of us easily every night. We never went out to eat and only left to grab groceries or visit the beach.

The house is beautiful, with amazing views of the sound. The pool was wonderful. We spent a lot time by the pool and on the spacious balconies. The beds are super comfortable. This company was easy to book through and very responsive with any needs or questions that we had.

Very Nice place a little pricey though thanks for using elevator pool was really nice would’ve been good to had A leaf blower to keep cleaner to blow out leaves on pool deck and possibly gas grill.

This house is beautiful!! We took our children and grandchildren (ages 11 months, 4 and 7) the 4 and 7 year old had so much fun crab hunting in the Sound. We saw sting rays also and alot of fish. The guys enjoyed fishing off of the pier. Everyone really enjoyed the pool and the house is centrally located to everything. We had such a good time making memories!!

Very beautiful house ! We booked for the dock and boat lift but the boat launch down the road was rough and we couldn’t get our boat in the water . Pool is freezing just a heads up ! Not many food deliveries at this location. Overall nice place . Neighbors were friendly!

We had a fabulous stay at the Beach Cow! About 15-20 minutes to drive to the Navarre beaches and restaurants which we did several times throughout the long weekend, but we were also happy to hang out at the house and make use of its beautiful pool and fully furnished kitchen! If you have a large group, bring extra pool chairs. We did not utilize the dock or boat slip, but we did enjoy the beautiful view! The house was clean and comfortable and accommodated our group of 12 women. I would certainly recommend this house for anyone planning a quiet getaway with their friends or family.

Loved this property and it's location on the Santa Rosa Sound. We brought out kayaks and launched from the back of the property. The dock was lovely and gave us excellent views of the sunset. We'd come again.

Absolutely loved this property. Clean, quiet and well kept. Pool is very nice! Chilly water due to a cold front that came in but kids still enjoyed it. Kind of in between Navarre and Pensacola so need to plan ahead a little for food. But all in all, will likely book this again!

Beautiful property and incredibly clean. Plenty of supplies in the house for sleeping and cooking. Very friendly neighborhood and gigantic pool with super clean water. It would have been nice to be able to use the elevator since we had small children and heavy bags and there are a lot of stairs. The private pier was in top shape and very sturdy. Easy 15 minute drive to all the popular beaches and restaurants.

It has been a very long time since I have seen all of my family. With the passing of one of my brothers several months ago, my siblings and I decided to organize a family reunion. The Sea Cow was a wonderful location. There were 10 of us. 7 adults and 3 children between the ages of 5 and 7. One of the best things besides the beautiful pool and cool boat dock was the spacious accommodations so we were not crowded. There were plenty of places to get away if one needed some quiet time. The beds were comfy and the living area open and roomy. I would highly recommend The Sea Cow to others and hope to return in the future.

The Sea Cow had everything myself and 2 college buddies needed for a great fishing trip. Clean, roomy and wonderfully stocked, the Sea Cow was perfect. The boat dock worked perfectly. Can’t wait to bring my family down to stay next time. Chris with the property management company had unbelievable communication and went above and beyond helping us get the TV set up to watch the last game of the World Series. I think it’s the best rental company in business down on the coast.

We were really happy with our stay. We had a 7 and a 11 year old with us and they spent every night on the shore or the dock looking for crabs and shrimp. We saw dolphins once as well. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and we cooked there several nights. Perfect spot to quickly go to Pensacola or Navarre to hang out for the day. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Only downfall is not being able to use the elevator, its a lot of stairs to carry everything up and down. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family has thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The fresh, open and inviting space and beautiful views has been just what we needed! The beds are incredibly comfortable and there are plenty of towels and dishes. The full size washer and dryer has been great after the beach! We’ve had everything we need to cook all of our meals and plenty of space to enjoy them after. Really couldn’t have asked for more to enjoy our family time!
