MAIN LIVING SPACE: Located on the second floor to take advantage of views, the open-concept living area where your family will spend most time together feels spacious and relaxing. Handsome wood ceiling beams accent the all-white space wrapped in shiplap and lined with shutters. Cozy up in front of the fireplace. Sink into the sectional sofa in the family room, play games at the large dining table, which seats eight. A wrap-around island frames the kitchen, where the cook in the group can still visit with everyone. You’ll love using the two beverage bars, whether you serve juices for morning brunch or a cocktail party at sunset.
An alternate living room on the 1st floor has a flat-screen TV and room for downstairs guests to spend their downtime away from the larger group.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, choose among a king guest room with bathroom and two rooms with queen beds and their own bathrooms.
The second-floor primary suite boasts built-in shelving and a work nook, in case you want to check in at the office. The primary bath offers a separate shower and gorgeous tub with a seashell chandelier suspended above—a gorgeous spa-like space that’s perfect for relaxing.
Finally, the third floor offers a fun space with 6 twin XLs and 3 standard twins, private bath and balcony—a top-floor room kids and teens will claim as their hangout!
GREAT FEATURES: The third-floor balcony invites you outdoors to sit under covered area to gaze at the Gulf! Lounge chairs on the uncovered part of the balcony invite sun-bathing. All the balconies and porches feature handsome outdoor furniture for groups to gather or solo morning coffee time. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND EVICTED.
This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
