The primary bedroom offers a king bed and large smart TV. The en-suite bath is appointed with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. 1st set of washer/dryer in closet
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk-in shower
The third bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath along with a desk and lamp
The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed with 48''TV.
Sleeper sofa in downstairs den with 48"TV.

The guest bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. An additional half bath on the main floor is adjacent to the great room for convenience.

Enjoy outdoor furniture and large umbrella located off the breakfast dining area on the deck note: there are no neighbors off deck. Great views of the mountains!
