LOCATION At this centrally located gem, attractions like the Johnny Cash Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Ryman Auditorium are all just about a mile away, and in-between is your pick of cafes, craft breweries, local bars and music venues. Enjoy the city views from the private rooftop. There is plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace.

There is a two car garage and driveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of the two car garage and two king Bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. The second level boasts an open floor plan living area, dining room, kitchen and third bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The primary bedroom suite with king bed is located on the third level with the bonus room and the rooftop terrace! The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace.

Clean, spacious, bright, comfortable….perfect! Location was ideal, close enough to Broadway but in a quiet area. Extremely easy to check in and out, easy to access. Would make an annual trip every year to stay here!

We found the house to be perfectly decorated in a safe, quiet area. There were nice places near the house with live music if you are interested in getting away from the crowds. The roof top was an excellent place to unwind after concerts. Highly recommend the house!

This property was 10/10! Laura the host was super responsive and accommodating. We absolutely loved the townhome and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Myself and 7 others had more than enough space and we loved the layout of the house. Super clean, modern and cozy!

We had 4 couples stay in this amazing house ! Very clean and spacious. Rooms where big with comfy beds. Every couple had their own space. Location was 10 min Uber to Broadway. We required a late check out and owner was very accommodating letting us stay till 3pm. Definitely going to recommend others that are travelling with friends to stay here !

A beautiful home. Pictures accurately represent the cleanliness, space and beautiful decor. We were six adults. There was more than enough space for all of us to relax comfortably. Great location, right in the neighborhood of a lot of record studios which was cool. The Uber rides to town weren’t bad priced but getting back from broadway at night was anywhere from $35-$60 a trip. Bird scooters where around to ride and a easy ride into town. Loved the house it self and never had any problems

I celebrated my 30th birthday in Nashville with my parents and my siblings and we had the greatest time in Music Row!! The location was perfect and easy to Uber everywhere we needed too. We walked to lunch one day and through the Vanderbilt campus which was lovely!! Lauras property was the perfect home base, we were able to enjoy the beautiful roof deck area, the living and kitchen area were large and open perfect for mjngling, and the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable! We loved our stay!!

Great location! We stayed here needing a close stay to Vanderbilt and this was perfect. Neighborhood felt safe and it was neat being so close to Music Row! House was clean and had all we needed for a convenient stay.

Exactly as listed. The property is beautiful very spacious and able to accommodate a lot of people absolutely love having a garage parking. It is close it is to Broadway and other hot spots. Less than $15 Uber ride to most hot spots, we would definitely stay here again.

Came down with a group and the house offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Great neighborhood that is a close Uber ride to Broadway but far enough out it’s not crazy busy. It is nice to have a garage space for parking. Will definitely be back if we return to Nashville!

The condo was the perfect setup for our vacation. Three separate floors so everyone had their own space and bedrooms. This place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe. We were close to Broadway without the hustle and bustle. Beautiful homes and recording studios everywhere. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer home to stay in for our first trip to Nashville with friends. This home is exceptionally clean with modern appliances and decor. The beds were the most comfortable we have used in a vacation rental! The location is only a 10-15 minute drive or ride to downtown. The are also a couple bars and restaurants within walking distance of this home. Our host Laura was very easy to communicate with and always respsonded to our questions. If you are looking for a vacation rental in Nashville lots of space for family or friends, this property will not disappoint!

We liked this property a lot. Property o stall was clean. Found some stuff under one sheet in one bedroom that was probably just an oversight. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for a large group. Had an issue with a water spigot leaking that we found on our arrival, contacted the property manager and she sent someone right out. She is very responsive and helpful.

Everything about this vacation home is fantastic, from check in to check out. Communication was quick and Laura was helpful and great to work with. The home is beautifully decorated and nearly brand new. There is so much room for everyone to spread out, the upstairs bonus room and outdoor fireplace were a huge hit. The bedrooms were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. When we realized there were no hairdryers the first morning there Laura had three of them delivered right away! The neighborhood is nice, right in Music Row, and Broadway is very close! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!

Had a wonderful time staying at this Vrbo - perfect location, close to Broadway, but not in the middle of the craziness. Quick Uber ride to most things. Property was perfect for our group, loved the multiple king beds and bathroom accommodations. Communication with our host was great, she was very accommodating. Would recommend to others!

I had 4 colleagues coming into town and I needed a convenient space to be able to house them and also allow me to get there early morning and leave late night for our work appointments (I live in gulch) This house was perfect! Beautifully appointed, large and super new and clean. My colleagues loved it and the extra living area upstairs was so great so we could separate and have two meetings at once. Also the garage was absolutely necessary and made life happier 😝 Would absolutely recommend this to anyone and a cherry on top was how easy it was to communicate with the property manager.
