it done what it said on the tin , however I thought it was closer to the sea front
Wasn’t given a code for key locker at front door , had to use spare keys at fron gate

Very clean and well equiped. Comfortable. Well lit up at night. Very private and secure. We were never bothered by anyone and this was perfect. I am disabled and I had no problem getting in and out.
It was a bit cold at times and we were unable to turn on heating. Parking was not good and we had to park on the next street as the space we were using was taken on our 2nd night.

5 stars - an exceptional stay. Immaculately clean. So close to great restaurants, the shops and the beach. We loved A La Turka beachfront dining. Great location! Train to Dreamland Margate in 12 mins. Whitstable oysters on the doorstep. Couldn’t ask for anything more :)
Practically perfect in every way

It was very chic and beautifully decorated. Everything was provided that could possibly be needed. Especially a fan during the warm nights. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable

This was a great cozy place for us to stay. Super comfy bed. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to stay in and also only 15 mins walk to the main front to get out and about in Herne bay town. A good base to go exploring the Kent coast. A great find!

perfect for what we needed, ideal location for Herne Bay and getting to the station
issues with booking through the third party
3.5
Dani, the actual host went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with the place. However, the property is managed by a company that did not take our payment through the app (they made us phone them to pay and never fixed it with booking.com so I kept receiving messages the payment was not successful), did not answered our questions or accommodated our needs. They also shared our information with other companies without our consent and now I am receiving emails from third parties.
If we wanted a corporate, non friendly and non flexible transaction, we would have stayed in a hotel. At least we would not have to comply with the ridiculous check in/out times (who needs 5 hours do fix a tiny flat?)
