Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our Ocean Front 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the exclusive Oceanfront Villas section made up of 7 townhomes. You have found one of the best units in Kawama. You have the choice of relaxing on the Oceanfront Villas private beach, firepit area in the marina or enjoy the rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or sipping on a beverage on the balcony with direct ocean views.

This is a two level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 70”TV and a full size Sleeper Sofa able to accommodate two. Walk a little further in and you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath. This level also has a bar area with sink, wine cooler and ice machine. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, living room and full bathroom with another 70” TV, balcony over looking the marina and endless ocean views. On the balcony you will find a bar height table with 4 chairs, loveseat couch and single person couch. This level also has the primary bedroom with a full bath, a King Size bed with a Roku 40” TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds and two extra twin size mattress under the beds. Two beach cruiser bikes, two paddle boards and a kayak are also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

Our family of 6 (4 kids ages 6-13) absolutely loved our stay here. The kids were asking to come back again before we even left. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The views are stunning. The sunrise is directly in front of you from the balcony. The updates and finishes of the home are beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. The home came fully equipped with everything you could think of. Very clean. The access to the amenities was a short walk along the boat marina. This is paradise.

We absolutely loved our January stay at this property. The views were absolutely stunning — incredible!! The gated community was perfect for little kids. We stayed busy with the kiddos utilizing the many amenities at the community. My son most of all loved digging in the sand at the private beach and swimming in the pools. The host is fantastic and very quick to respond. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and nice outdoor space for eating and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals there. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Big enough for 2 couples plus a kids room with 3 twins.

We very much enjoyed this spacious rental in a secure environment in a gated community. The property is nicely furnished and just as pictured. Plenty to keep us busy with the bikes, paddleboards, a kayak and close proximity to Kawama Community pools, lagoon, tennis courts. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We already miss the gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony and hope to be back soon!

It was so nice to stay at a rental property where the pictures were accurate and the property was even better than expected! Raul was one of the best hosts I have ever worked with through VRBO. He was incredibly helpful from the booking process all the way through to checking out. He went above and beyond with helpful notes and suggestions on things to do. The property itself was beautifully appointed, clean and the pictures did not disappoint for a change. There is nothing to prepare you for that view of the sunrise if you are a morning person. Plenty of restaurants were close by but I encourage you to grab some groceries and eat on the deck for one of the best views in Key Largo. Zero complaints here. Highly recommend this property

We brought my parents on a trip to Key Largo for their 60th anniversary. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we were visiting during a cold snap, but the view was amazing! The sun shone on the porch and we were still able to enjoy our surroundings. The condo was stocked with everything you might need, and decorated so tastefully!
