Formation, nice apartment and needed better checkin institutions and stronger WiFi.

Great location and nice apartment. Staff was very attentive and rooftop pool is nice.

WiFi was terrible. Checking in instructions were not available and took many attempts to get the door code and other necessities. Should have been clearer .

apartments and luxury renovations, but the service is not luxury

Nice condominium we had a penthouse. The view is great, the size of the condo itself for 2 people is great, the renovations are fairly fresh a year or two old. Beautiful rooftop pool with sun beds overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Our room also had a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. Be prepared opposite 2 construction sound is not noisy, a little spoils the view, but this is temporary! It is quiet at night which was important to me! we had a late plane at 12 o'clock at night we just arrived. I first asked the manager about this. He kindly said it wouldn't be a problem. thanks for this The apartments are luxury, but the service is not luxury!

Firstly, there is no name for these apartments anywhere. Taxi drivers can't find it. Well, further about the bad: When booking they take taxes and plus room cleaning. When corresponding with the manager, I was interested in whether the room would be cleaned. The manager told me that in 4 days the towels and bed linen would be replaced and the room would be cleaned. As a result, 4 days of our stay passed, and no one came to clean us. The manager answers any question once a day, so don’t expect a quick response. On the 5th day I found the staff and they started dodging the housekeeping issue by sending me to the front desk. There they told me that these questions were not addressed to them, but to the manager with whom they corresponded in booking. When I showed the correspondence and the promised cleaning in 4 days, they said: “Today they will clean it without any problems.” Returning to the apartment late in the evening, I saw that the apartment had not been cleaned. They changed the bed, changed the towels and partially removed the trash in the toilet and partially left it. They didn’t clean the kitchen at all; the dirty dishes, just as they were in the sink, remained there. I was very upset! This is not room cleaning at all, and I don't know why they charge extra money, but this is not cleaning! When I described this procedure to Booking, he checked again all day and at the end said that they should not wash the dishes and clean the kitchen. Which made me even more angry! If they charge for cleaning, they should do the cleaning, not just change the towels and bed linen! therefore the service is zero!

Really nice stay with friendly staff.

Breakfast not included but there was a well equipped kitchen in the room. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great, right on 5th Avenue but not the really noisy area. Roof area was lovely, really nice pool and hot tub and a gym on site.

There were no blinds (not a big deal) - it was either a black out curtain or open so everyone opposite could see inside the room.

Lo cercano de la playa y 5ta avenida

Cuando llegue el anfitrión no estaba en el lugar me dio una clave de acceso la cual no funcionó y estuvimos tratando de ingresar más de 30 min , finalmente ingresamos y reportamos un problema con la tv cable e internet , nunca tuvimos solución y gaste mucho dinero en roaming. Era indispensable el internet para mi ya que estaba conectado con el trabajo por cualquier emergencia . Nos cambiamos de hotel antes de terminar la estadía por el mismo problema.

Disappointing stay

Good location.

Firstly, the address provided in the welcome email led us to the wrong location, causing confusion and inconvenience upon our arrival. Furthermore, upon being given our room, we were dismayed to find it was already occupied by another guest. Moreover, we endured a significant wait until after 6 pm for the room to be cleaned, enduring the discomfort of the hot lobby with no air conditioning for over two hours. When we finally entered our room, it was far from the cleanliness we expected. There were stains on our white towel, rubbish in the pool, and even a large lump of hair in the shower.

Superb

The room is perfect for a single person or a couple. Because of the lack of privacy with the toilet and shower, I wouldn't recommend it for friends. The internet speed is great. Smart TV, safe, all your necessary appliances: drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, 2-burner cooktop, blow dryer, iron, microwave, mini freezer/fridge. Thank you for including a water dispenser in the fridge, a water pitcher, and portable bottle. Water is an important commodity here and it's the perfect setup! We had a minor internet issue and the host was responsive in addressing it. The concierges at the front reception desk are very friendly and helpful. Lots of thought went into the choices for this space. The bed is king-sized. The bed and pillows are comfortable (picky sleeper here). Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bar soap provided. There's automated check in and keyless entry into the room. The rooftop is spectacular with amazing views. The AC works very well for cooling the room quickly. There's sleep mode for those sensitive to light in the evening. The area is relatively quiet compared to Centro. It's a 1-minute walk to a beautiful section of 5th Ave with great shops and tons of excellent restaurants.

Lovely apartments & rooftop pool area.

Staff were very friendly, roof top pool is lovely! Our split apartment 107 was very clean and had everything for a self catering holiday. Loved the small hot tub on balcony.

beautiful roof top pool!

Beautiful place with excellent location! We had the studio apartment and it was so nice with comfy bed, great shower, good wifi. I loved that they left some fresh coffee to enjoy the sunrise from our balcony.

I will stay longer next time!

Exceptional

We were staying at Ceren for more than 2 weeks. We absolutely loved our stay. The building and our unit were super clean, and we had everything we needed in the room. Zaira, the leasing agent, was super responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, 30 sec to 5th Avenue but still at a quiet corner. The view from the balcony (we were at the 4th floor facing CTM), and specifically the rooftop was amazing. I can't say enough, but you need to try it yourself. The only thing I could add is maybe to have a bigger mirror (rather than the one for the vanity), in the room but everything else was just the best. We will definitely go back and do recommend Ceren for short or long stay. Thank you Zaira for the beautiful stay and for accommodating us.

Very nice place, would be returning soon.

The property is very nice, it has everything that you need. Mary from the front desk was very helpful with the check in. The place is around the 5th avenue so it is very convenient if you plan to spend time there.

The only negative side were the neighbors from upstairs, they kept moving furniture and yelling during the night. There was not handtowel or bathroom mat either.
