Für eine preiswerte Übernachtung in Ulm als Zwischenstation in Ordnung - für mehr aber nicht.

Die Lage ist recht gut

Das Zimmer sieht auf den Bilder viel größer und komfortabler aus (mit Fischaugen-Objektiv erstellt). Sehr stickig und teilweise auch laut (Gäste im Flur), Mülltonnen werden um 24 Uhr verschoben im Hof...

Zentral, günstig, gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr klein, aber wenn man im Rahmen eines Städtetrips sowieso den ganzen Tag draußen unterwegs ist, dann ausreichend.

Für wenig Geld viel Zimmer, das habe ich schon deutlich schlechter erlebt. Gute Begleitung durch den Vermieter, immer wieder Infos per Email bekommen, Sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft

Akkurat sauber. Kontaktloser Check in. Du kannst nach 17Uhr antanzen wann du willst..Nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt. Sehr freundliche Dame am Telefon. Reichlich Kaffee und Tee frei auf dem Zimmer. Vom Boxspringbett keine Spur. Dafür 6 Betten also 2x3 übereinander gestapelte Betten. In einem davon habe ich gut geschlafen. Wer braucht schon Boxspringbetten? Das Zimmer für 6 Leute wäre zu klein. Für mich alleine hat's dicke gepasst.

Günstig Übernachten in Ulm

Die Lage ist recht zentral, ca. 800 Meter vom Ulmer Münster entfernt. Daher sind sowohl Geschäfte wie auch die Gastronimie zu Fuss erreichbar.

Soggiorno breve, piacevole e a prezzo super

Struttura ad ottima posizione, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, ben accessoriata, stanza di modeste dimensioni ma con tutto l’occorrente! Non mancava nulla e ci siamo trovati bene! Inoltre rapporto qualità prezzo davvero super!

Purtroppo avere la stanza al terzo piano senza ascensore non è stato il massimo e la moquette negli spazi comuni, ad esempio nelle scale, era un po’ impolverata e in diversi punti sporca, ma ripeto per il prezzo per cui l’abbiamo pagata queste cose negative sono sorvolabili!

Nie wieder Downtown Apartments Ulm

Die nähe zur Innenstadt und einchecken und auscheckten ohen Probleme.

Die Zimmertür hat sich nicht abschließen lassen, da wohl in der Vergangenheit die Zimmertür aufgehebelt wurde. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nur über WhatsApp, was ich nicht benütze! Rückmeldung um 21:50Uhr keine, erst am nächsten Morgen! Der Mülleimer im Bad war voll und wurde somit nicht geleert, bevor ich eincheckte. Die Dusche war Schmutzig und die Renevierungsarbeiten im Bad waren noch zu sehen. Die Nachtruhe ab 22.00Uhr wurde nicht eingehalten, über Stunden bis um 4 Uhr Morgens waren immer wieder Diskusionen in dem Flur, Treppenhaus, im dem Zimmern über uns.

Bene, ma non benissimo

La camera era molto carina e profumata. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili inviandoci spesso dei messaggi per darci consigli su dove mangiare, ad esempio. La vicinanza al centro è la cosa che ho preferito di più.

Il letto era molto scomodo e non molto pulito (c'erano molti peli). I cuscini erano scomodissimi, però ce n'erano altri con cui fare cambio nel corridoio, ma non li abbiamo provati. Dentro al contenitore della cassapanca c'erano delle bottiglie di plastica vuote. Sicuramente la gente è incivile, però sì potrebbe pulire meglio. La cosa peggiore è stata sentire tutta la notte il tubare dei piccioni (la camera si affacciava su una specie di tetto). Tra il rumore e i dolori per via del letto scomodo, mi sono svegliata spesso la notte.

bad experience!

Please be aware!!! This is really ONLY room with a personal bathroom and "IT IS not an apartment!!", so don't even think that you book an apartment. They have public kitchen and also public washer, but it is so DIRTY, that you don't even feel right to even use the microwave!! For us, it was really a nightmare! I already complain about this, but the contact person could not do anything about this. They MUST REALLY CHANGE THE ADVERTISEMENT!!! to rent a private room only!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE: the cleaning staff stole two jackets, one of a 6yo girl. They lied and deny, while we know for sure the jackets were there. We informed the owners, that just told us they trust the staff, and they can't do nothing, and they are sure nothing was in the room. LIARS AND SCOUNDRELS.

The pictures do not show the reality, the hotel was worn down. It was impossible to get through to the staff on the phone, when check-in caused problems. Only towels for 2 though we were a family of 4, and though I repeatedly said this, we didn't get more. Only one of the beds were made, and we had to find the covers and pillows in a closet. For this prize I expected more.

The tea kettle was incredibly dirty. They advertised the room for 4 people, and then messaged me that it would be difficult to accommodate 4 people after the no refund policy was in effect. Their communications were annoying (fake friendly) but they did not answer the question I asked them about our stay.

Dirty room not cleaned. Bed sheets not changed. Bathroom worse than a public bathroom. Unbelievable.

There was nothing positive about this stay to be very honest. Definitely not advised to come and stay as a family.

The apartment is very well located, close to the city centre, clean, and stylish. The owner was kind enough to allow for an early check at no extra cost, which was very much appreciated. Definitely recommended!

When we arrived, the communication was fantastic and the accommodations were as advertised. Everything about the unit/accommodations was perfect. The bed, couch and all other comforts of home were fantastic. The area is close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Great hosts 100%. Thanks again for making our stay very enjoyable.
